Keyton and Harry were on time, professional, and respected our space by wearing shoe covers. Did a great job!

My technician, Myles, was very knowledgeable and personally, and he was more than fair working with me to get the best prices. He figured out the issue and fixed it in about an hour. Peyton was prompt and efficient. He came within a few days of calling for routine maintenance. He ran the warranty check on our water heater and gave me a detailed report. Service was covered as part of the warranty from Carters.

Technician(Alex P.) was incredibly professional and helpful in not only fixing the issues I had but also helping with preventative measures to ensure my plumbing conditions stay good longer. My only complaint is the $247 for clearing a clogged toilet and shower drain. However, thank you to Carter's My Plumber and to the technician who made the house call!

Very fast service

Dispatcher was friendly and courteous. And she worked me in on extremely short notice, as there was a recent cancelation. Technician showed up within an hour of my initial call. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional.

Your guy had me run the bathtub. And flush the toilet, to see if water went through the main drain, claim there was a mess that went through. Seems like my drains still run slow. And he didn't put the cover back on the drain cleanout pipe. Wasn't worth 79.00. The only good thing was he did call and up his appt to a much earlier time

Jess came out and worked on my kitchen drain they was clogged. It was a tough one and after a few attempts he was successful in clearing it. He was polite, arrived early after calling ahead, cleaned up after himself, showed me pictures, and explained the process. I will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs

I had a clog in my outside plumbing pipe and they came on time like they said and got me taken care of in less than an hour . This is my 3rd time using them and they always provide exceptional services . The price was a little higher than expected other than that definitely will use them again.

I have used Carter’s My Plumber 4 times (for different problems, not because a repair wasn’t done properly). Each time they were friendly, professional, got the job done quickly, and left no mess. I will call Carter’s My Plumber anytime I need a plumber. I highly recommend them.

My new washer was so efficient it was pumping water out on rinse exceeded my drain. I had water all over and anxiety about resolving the problem. Our technician was fantastic and in no time the situation was resolved. It was nice getting my washer in working order… thank you!

$99 to unclog a toilet; Jarrod called ahead of time, came when he said he would, was pleasant and efficient.

The technician stuck with it until he fixed the problem.

They did show up outside the projected window of time however I didn’t think it should deter the rating since it didn’t cause me a hardship. Brandon was clearly experience, professional and completed the repair pretty quickly. Would use them again in the future.
