Technician was on time, polite and listened to our needs. He went above and beyond in fixing our hose spigot and gave helpful advice on a kitchen faucet concern. Always have been very pleased with Carter’s work.

Joshua was very professional and good to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything well. He was very attentive to his work. I would like to have him do our work again.

We have used Carter’s several times, inside and outside the house. They are quick to provide service, give fair estimates before doing work. And stuff works when they are done.

Peyton did a great with yearly maintenance on our water heater. He was very helpful answering some plumbing questions about possible remodeling plans for our bathroom.

Our plumber Alex was very professional and friendly. He notified me just prior to his arrival and completed the needed repairs in an efficient and timely manner.

Absolutely wonderful prompt professional service. I would highly recommend them. They resolved my problem and I am extremely satisfied.

They were fast and responsive, called them to replace an outdoor spigot for my mothers house and they were there the next day and replaced it within an hr. Will definitely call them again if I have any issues with plumbing.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

The work was done properly, specifically the joint was sweated versus being glued in like Williams did two years prior but was kind expensive and I still have the hole in the wall to deal with.

Our Plumbing Technician Gabriel was very knowledgeable and gave my family good choices and in the end we were very satisfied with the end result, great product, and overall fast and quality service my family received. My family and I, if needed, will use Carter Plumbing in the future.

We needed to replace our washer but unfortunately our plumbing in the washer box was having an issue. it was so old and wouldn't completely turn off. I called Carter's My Plumber and they were able to get to me the next day before my new washer was delivered. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced!

Technician dud a superb job. He tried to repair first but ultimately had to replace. Replace with minimum damage to drywall. Would use again

We had a kitchen faucet replaced (owner provided) with no additional work needed. The plumber had to come back a second time because the whole thing spun when you turned it on. $400+ for an install or lose the $79 driving fee is extremely excessive. They have done a good job , responsive and very professional.

Always a 5 star with Carter’s. Have had them out twice this year (for totally separate reasons) and had incredible service both times. They not only are spot on with their estimates, but they gave me options on repair and explained everything with full transparency. Have always had fair and respectable service with these guys.
