Great and trusted service and repair!

We have used Carter’s several times, inside and outside the house. They are quick to provide service, give fair estimates before doing work. And stuff works when they are done.

We had a leak inside the house from an external spigot. Kelson quickly discovered the problem AND also found a leak in another section of the pipe that was hidden from my view. He was professional, courteous and efficient.

My technician Wesley was great. He clearly explained my options and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue.

Mr. Tex is very respectful and full of knowledge. When he wasn't sure he called his supervisor for assistance, which is great to ensure the job was done properly. Thanks for the fix!

Professional attitude, arrived early with a 20 minute lead call to inform they were on their way. Did not try and upsale new product. Listened to issue and kept me informed on progress. Repaired in a quick timely manner.

They were fast and responsive, called them to replace an outdoor spigot for my mothers house and they were there the next day and replaced it within an hr. Will definitely call them again if I have any issues with plumbing.

I had issues with my kitchen faucet. Carter’s My Plumber came ~ cleaned out the kitchen faucet lines and replaced the nozzle head and a filter. The faucet works perfectly now. The kitchen area was clean which I was very pleased about.

Service was fast and complete!

Carter's plumbers have always been there when I have needed them. Everyone of their employees has been punctual, polite and extremely good at their job. I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.
