Carter's is a great example of customer centricity. Put an inquiry in on a Sunday. To my surprise got a call back within one hour. Got on the schedule very quickly to resolve garage disposal issues. The technician Peyton was very professional and educated me throughout the whole process.

They drain our water heater each year and check for any needed repairs. Very efficient and professional technicians. They have maintained and repaired many of our plumbing needs through the years.We know when we call them they will send a professional and their price will be fair.

Jacob was able to come earlier than our original appt. which isn’t unusual for the folks at Carter. We have used them for several years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.

Installed a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal for us at a reasonable price. The job was difficult as the old counter did not fit the new sink and some creative adjustments had to be made. Alex was very thorough and patient and stayed a bit after hours to make sure the job was finished and done right. Thank you Alex!
