We called for an estimate. The details on the estimate were very clear. We knew what to expect. The work was performed the same day. The plumber was polite, easy to understand and efficient. Thank you.

Carters was highly professional from beginning to end on this project. They kept us informed with every detail. They arrived when they said they would and each guy was so polite. They were fast and everything was cleaned up at the end. We were very impressed and would highly recommend for a main water leak in your yard!

Technician, Jacob Treon was great! Very professional and kind.

The service technician Isaiah was very profession, clean cute, friendly and had the new outdoor water faucet installed in just a matter of minutes. Always a 5 star with Carter’s. Have had them out twice this year (for totally separate reasons) and had incredible service both times. They not only are spot on with their estimates, but they gave me options on repair and explained everything with full transparency. Have always had fair and respectable service with these guys.

Paul and Brad were very professional and courteous when they arrived. They called to let me know that they were grabbing lunch before they came by, and when they didn't have a specific part, they told me that they were going to make a quick trip to pick it up. They came back and completed the job with in an hour of their first arrival time

Carter's was competitively priced, very courteous and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and completed the job in a timely manner.

Great job. Replaced an outdoor hose bib and installed an indoor shut off valve.

Larry replaced 2 outside water spigots quickly and professionally. When he came out to give me an estimate and being later in the afternoon I asked how far out they were scheduling repairs, he replied "I can do it today!". Was great to hear and they had it finished in no time. Will call again when I need a pro!

Josh and Brandon came out today to fix our busted outdoor faucet. They worked in the sleet, got the job done fast, and were extremely polite, professional, and honest. I appreciate all their hard work, and will be using Carter’s in the future for our plumbing needs.
