Carter's My Plumber

We had a leak inside the house from an external spigot. Kelson quickly discovered the problem AND also found a leak in another section of the pipe that was hidden from my view. He was professional, courteous and efficient.

Had a great experience with Carter’s plumbing. From the call to schedule to the repair. Called in the morning and John T. Was there within 2 hours. He found the leak, explained what had happened and had it fixed quickly, even providing pictures of the issue. Highly recommend!

Carter’s plumbing did an excellent job repairing an issue we had and Helping us get our new home purchase ready for us to move in. Needed a lot of work and they are making it all happen beautifully!

Alex from Carter's was quick to check on our plumbing leak (responding within hours of calling) and was able to replace all of our under house piping within a day. They were also quick to respond to a follow up issue and always professional as well as reasonably priced.

Harry and Myles were professional and upfront with how to approach the clog in my house. They also gave me tips on how to keep things flowing smoothly in my home plumbing wise. I will call on them again if I need anything in the future.

Carter’s did amazing work! I walked into a sticky situation with my new home but Carter’s saved the day and they were able to fix my master bath as well as install a brand new water heater and water softener! I was also on conference calls all day so they were extra quiet and very respectful gentlemen.

Fixed a leak in the water main, and found and repaired a leak in the SLAB FOUNDATION!! Two unrelated incidents, but they did them both in one day, including jackhammering and concrete work. May look like gentle Clark Kent, but they must have Superman ID cards somewhere in those pockets.

I have used Carter’s My Plumber for over a decade and I cannot say enough great things about them! Tanya, Jody, Angie, Joe, Phil and Jacob have all been very professional, prompt, very helpful and so kind! I would definitely recommend this family run company.

Luke was awesome! Detected leak under kitchen sink and indicated it was a faulty sprayer. He showed us a new faucet he could pick up and install which we agreed to. Came back after picking it up and installed and it is absolutely stunning! Luke was professional, polite and obviously knows his plumbing! Thank you Luke for everything!

Elijah was fantastic. It was like a family member came by to help with a leaky sink. We have a dog and she was nervous about a stranger in the house. Carter's My Plumber service was exceptional. They arrived on time, answered all questions, did an excellent job of fixing the issue quickly and efficiently.

Paul Pearson came out and did a wonderful job fixing our problems. He made sure we were not overcharged since we are on social security only. He also was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do and make sure it was fixed properly after he had finished. I would recommend Carters and especially Paul for any plumbing job.
