Carter's My Plumber

The plumber was excellent. He explained every possibility that could be the problem. The issue was a simple solution, and the least expensive. He was honest, and not trying to gouge me.

Had a great experience with Carter’s plumbing. From the call to schedule to the repair. Called in the morning and John T. Was there within 2 hours. He found the leak, explained what had happened and had it fixed quickly, even providing pictures of the issue. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used Carter’s. Both were emergencies. They were prompt, came to my home when they said they would, fixed the problem professionally and didn’t add services I didn’t need. I highly recommend them!

I had issues with my kitchen faucet. Carter’s My Plumber came ~ cleaned out the kitchen faucet lines and replaced the nozzle head and a filter. The faucet works perfectly now. The kitchen area was clean which I was very pleased about.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

The bathroom sink started to leak, we called Carters Plumbing and less than two hours later a technician was at our home. The technician explained the problem and our choices for a fix. He completed installation of a new sink and faucet the same day. Carter’s is a great choice.

I had a spigot, leaking into my crawl space, and the shut off valve was broken. Wes came out in fixed, my broken shut off valve and replaced my spigot. Very thankful for the prompt response and a great job.

I had valves/faucets replaced for a new washer hookup.

Alex was extremely helpful and was able to help me resolve my issues with the leak under my Kitchen sink.

The exterior water line repair was handled with skill and attention to detail in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay $2000 to fix a fitting that they had installed only 3 years ago when they repaired a leak in that same water line for $2600 with a 2-year warranty. Show up early and finished in a timely manner. Would call again for sure.

Alex from Carter's was quick to check on our plumbing leak (responding within hours of calling) and was able to replace all of our under house piping within a day. They were also quick to respond to a follow up issue and always professional as well as reasonably priced.

I've called Carter's twice to repair leaks, most recent one last week. Both times they were very quick to respond and repair the leaks. Very professional and knowledgeable!

I had a leak from my spigot in my crawl space. Peyton installed a new spigot and sealed up the hole that was around it. Good work, done quickly.

Not cheap, but a professional and complete job that resolved my plumbing problem. The technician was polite and took the time to ensure the job was completed correctly and without issues. Appreciate the attention to details.

Really appreciated the service and friendliness that Brandon provided; he was quick and answered all of our questions.

I call them and they told me that the water is leak 445 Gal in hours. They leave without fix and they told me to call be back later but did not call be back. I have to call another plumber and fix. I pay them $380 and did not fix anythings. didn't recomand this service...

3/25/25 Update. Andrew and Ryan were out today to replace our water heater. They did a great job and were in and out with no mess and no fuss! The rest still applies ! Very responsive! Joe and Keith were great to work with! I can not say enough good things about the service Carter's provided. Thank you for the help! Bill
