Carter's My Plumber

The plumber was excellent. He explained every possibility that could be the problem. The issue was a simple solution, and the least expensive. He was honest, and not trying to gouge me.

Had a great experience with Carter’s plumbing. From the call to schedule to the repair. Called in the morning and John T. Was there within 2 hours. He found the leak, explained what had happened and had it fixed quickly, even providing pictures of the issue. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used Carter’s. Both were emergencies. They were prompt, came to my home when they said they would, fixed the problem professionally and didn’t add services I didn’t need. I highly recommend them!

I had issues with my kitchen faucet. Carter’s My Plumber came ~ cleaned out the kitchen faucet lines and replaced the nozzle head and a filter. The faucet works perfectly now. The kitchen area was clean which I was very pleased about.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

The bathroom sink started to leak, we called Carters Plumbing and less than two hours later a technician was at our home. The technician explained the problem and our choices for a fix. He completed installation of a new sink and faucet the same day. Carter’s is a great choice.

I had a spigot, leaking into my crawl space, and the shut off valve was broken. Wes came out in fixed, my broken shut off valve and replaced my spigot. Very thankful for the prompt response and a great job.

I had valves/faucets replaced for a new washer hookup.

Alex was extremely helpful and was able to help me resolve my issues with the leak under my Kitchen sink.

The exterior water line repair was handled with skill and attention to detail in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay $2000 to fix a fitting that they had installed only 3 years ago when they repaired a leak in that same water line for $2600 with a 2-year warranty. Alex from Carter's was quick to check on our plumbing leak (responding within hours of calling) and was able to replace all of our under house piping within a day. They were also quick to respond to a follow up issue and always professional as well as reasonably priced.

I've called Carter's twice to repair leaks, most recent one last week. Both times they were very quick to respond and repair the leaks. Very professional and knowledgeable!

I had a leak from my spigot in my crawl space. Peyton installed a new spigot and sealed up the hole that was around it. Good work, done quickly.

Not cheap, but a professional and complete job that resolved my plumbing problem. The technician was polite and took the time to ensure the job was completed correctly and without issues. Appreciate the attention to details.

I call them and they told me that the water is leak 445 Gal in hours. They leave without fix and they told me to call be back later but did not call be back. I have to call another plumber and fix. I pay them $380 and did not fix anythings. didn't recomand this service...

3/25/25 Update. Andrew and Ryan were out today to replace our water heater. They did a great job and were in and out with no mess and no fuss! The rest still applies ! Very responsive! I've used Carter's for several years. I love that they call when they are on their way and give you an ETA. Their customer service is excellent and their plumbers don't just do the job and jet. They give a thorough overview and solid advice to prevent future issues. Top it off with excellent pricing...I have their number saved!

Carter’s did amazing work! I walked into a sticky situation with my new home but Carter’s saved the day and they were able to fix my master bath as well as install a brand new water heater and water softener! I was also on conference calls all day so they were extra quiet and very respectful gentlemen.

Always a 5 star with Carter’s. Have had them out twice this year (for totally separate reasons) and had incredible service both times. They not only are spot on with their estimates, but they gave me options on repair and explained everything with full transparency. Have always had fair and respectable service with these guys.

Fast and friendly service for a leaky pipe in my basement: the technician, Elijah, was nice and showed me what needed to be replaced. As a first time homeowner, I was a little panicky with a leaky basement, but it was an easy fix. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Satisfied Customer!

I discovered a leak in my crawl space Sunday afternoon. Tonya was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Paul and Gabe arrived first thing in the morning and were efficient in fixing the repair. This is my third time using Carter’s and will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

Fixed a leak in the water main, and found and repaired a leak in the SLAB FOUNDATION!! Two unrelated incidents, but they did them both in one day, including jackhammering and concrete work. May look like gentle Clark Kent, but they must have Superman ID cards somewhere in those pockets.

Holy cow is all I can say. Had a leak in my basement that I was pretty sure was the main soil stack in the wall. Huge job that I didn't want to deal with. I called them at 7:30 am. Paul and Brad were very professional and courteous when they arrived. They called to let me know that they were grabbing lunch before they came by, and when they didn't have a specific part, they told me that they were going to make a quick trip to pick it up. They came back and completed the job with in an hour of their first arrival time

They replaced a leaky water shut off valve that another plumbing company said couldn’t be replaced. Taylor was also very polite & professional. They’re the best!

Absolutely would recommend Carters to anyone. They came out right away and even moved my appointment up earlier to better suite me. We have a newborn and water was shooting out of the floor. They could hear the panic and made sure to come out as soon as we got off the phone.

Brandon Hair “D” was on time and incredibly proficient at helping us get to a resolution with our plumbing issues. We will be going back to Carters again and again, but hopefully for planned projects and no more leaks!

Really glad I called them. Actually should have called them first. Came in and got our toilet problem taken care of. Made the mistake of calling winters who charged over double for the same service and didn’t look at anything. Definitely going with carters in the future.

The service Larry provided for Carter's plumbing was exceptional! He replaced a water spigot that was originally leaking with professionalism, accuracy and under an hour. He needed to cut an access panel inside the home to replace the damaged spigot with a new and improved one. The quality of his work is unmatched and truly appreciated. Thank you again!
