Had a shower leak at the neck. Before they said the wall needed broken into they tried 2 different tools and ultimately had a supervisor look at it. He was able to make the job easier for our technician and they installed new neck and shower head with no damage to our tile.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

I had a spigot, leaking into my crawl space, and the shut off valve was broken. Wes came out in fixed, my broken shut off valve and replaced my spigot. Very thankful for the prompt response and a great job.

Wes came out and helped us after our house fire. He was so helpful and professional. He got our gas lines tested and fixed for us and helped us with insurance. We would recommend to anyone!

Carter's was amazing! Called and had techs here and repairs finished in under 3 hours! Alex Redelman and Derrick were great! Polite and super friendly! Fair price and so fast. We tried to clean a trap and snapped the old pipe at the wall...new from wall up through a new stopper assembly! From the call to the techs...awesome!

Great experience with Carter’s Plumbing. Gabriel came out quickly and fixed my frozen hose spigot with no issues. He was professional, very helpful, and took the time to explain each step of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. Pricing was affordable and the service was prompt. Very happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them.
