Had a shower leak at the neck. Before they said the wall needed broken into they tried 2 different tools and ultimately had a supervisor look at it. He was able to make the job easier for our technician and they installed new neck and shower head with no damage to our tile.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. I had a spigot, leaking into my crawl space, and the shut off valve was broken. Wes came out in fixed, my broken shut off valve and replaced my spigot. Very thankful for the prompt response and a great job.

Carter's was amazing! Called and had techs here and repairs finished in under 3 hours! Alex Redelman and Derrick were great! Polite and super friendly! Fair price and so fast. We tried to clean a trap and snapped the old pipe at the wall...new from wall up through a new stopper assembly! From the call to the techs...awesome!

We had a severe leak in our crawl space with very old pipes. Wes was able to repair the leak with no issues! No more leaking!

I've used Carter's for several years. I love that they call when they are on their way and give you an ETA. Their customer service is excellent and their plumbers don't just do the job and jet. Great service! I had a water line break into my crawl space and they were able to get out quickly to get it fixed up for me! They also installed a sump pump. I walked into a sticky situation with my new home but Carter’s saved the day and they were able to fix my master bath as well as install a brand new water heater and water softener! I was also on conference calls all day so they were extra quiet and very respectful gentlemen.

Carter was very responsive to my call. They came right away and did a fantastic job! They fixed the leak, and another faucet repair. They were professional, quick with great quality and care. I wouldn't hesitate to call again when needed!!

Fixed a leak in the water main, and found and repaired a leak in the SLAB FOUNDATION!! Two unrelated incidents, but they did them both in one day, including jackhammering and concrete work. May look like gentle Clark Kent, but they must have Superman ID cards somewhere in those pockets.
