Gabrielle was pleasant and professional. He quickly resolved the issue.

Had a shower leak at the neck. Before they said the wall needed broken into they tried 2 different tools and ultimately had a supervisor look at it. He was able to make the job easier for our technician and they installed new neck and shower head with no damage to our tile.

Our Plumbing Technician Gabriel was very knowledgeable and gave my family good choices and in the end we were very satisfied with the end result, great product, and overall fast and quality service my family received. My family and I, if needed, will use Carter Plumbing in the future.

Can’t say enough positive things! Wesley Bash was my plumber and he got my old, stubborn shower cartridge out and placed the new one in a jiffy. Super friendly, explained everything, and was QUICK; couldn’t have been here longer than 45 minutes. Carter’s will continue to be my plumber!

Alex was very friendly, professional, and expedient with his work, which involved replacing my two shower faucets’ cartridges. He was able to complete the work in under 45 minutes. I called for service and they were able to come to my home within 2 hours of my service call. ! My technician Brad W. was very helpful and explained all of the repairs and warranty while he was here. He was very respectful of my home and did good clean work! I will be asking them to send him back the next time I need their services!
