Carter's My Plumber

John and Zack did great job Really appreciate quick response for our plumbing issues. Will use Carters in the future

Today I called to schedule an appointment and I spoke to the nicest lady on the planet, she was very accommodating to my scheduling needs and assured me the guys would take care of me and make the best recommendations. She had an estimator call and he was so smart and very knowledgeable on what I might need which I… Read full review

Wonderful service from Carter’s Plumbing! Very knowledgeable and respectful employees, great communication and plumbing job done quickly and efficiently! I’m glad Carter’s my plumber!

Alex was excellent in completing the tasks that needed to be done. He also did all he could to control the cost of the visit. I was hoping Carter’s would be more reasonable than Hope, Peterman and others concerning costs. Alex changed out 3 flappers in toilets and diagnosed a leaky shower valve. I needed the… Read full review

Best plumber we have in our house in 35 years. He fixed everything and quickly.

Our plumber Alex was very professional and friendly. He notified me just prior to his arrival and completed the needed repairs in an efficient and timely manner.

Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Job was finished in a timely manor and I am very satisfied with the results.

Quick and easy repair no mess

Professional. Accurate.

Nice friendly guy. Quick diagnoses of issue. Good job

Harry did a great job!

Our tech was very professional and clear of the offers. He was knowledgeable and helpful! Appreciate the service.

The serviceman was very good. I did feel it was a little more expensive than I had hoped. But the work done was very good.

Carter's sent an awesome plumer who did an outstanding job for our family! I can not thank him enough for all the hard work and dedication to a job well done! We will be calling Carter's My Plumber for any other needs in the future!

The repair was done quickly, no mess.

On time. Fixed my problem. Very polite and explained everything

I appreciate the quick appointment time. I would say it’s overpriced because I know the prices on the two parts are $10-$12 combined, but that’s kind of how all these industries are. I appreciate not having to get dirty and do it myself.

Great Job!

The service was professional and friendly. However, the prices were too high for the work done, toilet repair.

Tim and Zach do outstanding work. They went to great lengths to get it right.

My wife is happy so I need not say more.

I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

Brandon Yates was on time, caring, very professional, customer oriented, and the job was done in an expedient manner. Kudos to the hiring authority. It's always a pleasure to have work completed by your company.

Plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work wound up being more than I could afford, so he gave me good advice on how to do it myself and offered to take a look at anything else I was worried about. His advice was good enough that I was able to do a workable fix myself. Last time I called them, they fixed… Read full review

Carter's My Plumber, Patton, came and did a great job fixing my toilet in the guest bathroom! He was respectful and kind and knowledgeable. Patton was a blessing!!❤️

Gabrielle was great. I would certainly ask for him again if I have a problem. He explained everything and did a great job. I've tried to answer this before but it apparently didn't go through.

The men were very efficient and informative. They fixed the leak under my slab home.

I cannot say enough good things about Carter's. I had used them in the past. So when I had a recent emergency (involving several issues), I called them again. The office staff was so friendly. Carter's is top notch! Their experienced, professional & friendly plumbers are always here to help keep my household running smoothly.

My technician, Myles, was very knowledgeable and personally, and he was more than fair working with me to get the best prices. He figured out the issue and fixed it in about an hour. He even provided some tips to prevent future issues. Absolutely great service all around. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Carters did an excellent job replacing our toilet. They were able to come the next day after we called and finished the installation very quickly. Carters is hands-down my favorite. I’ve used them several times over the past few years, and the service is consistently excellent. When you call, a real person always answers, and they’re usually able to come out the same day or next day—which is such a rarity these days. Today, Miles came out and fixed my toilet… Read full review

Wes was our technician and was simply brilliant. On time, was knowledgeable regarding everything we needed information on and gave us estimates for other work that needs to be done.

Top-notch service! I called this company to get a second opinion on a reoccurring plumbing issue. It turns out we were getting screwed over by the initial company before calling Carters My Plumber. Was able to solve the clogged drain same day, give some good suggestions and reasonably priced.

Serviceman explained everything to me the cost and what would happen if the first thing didn't work and the cost after that. Thank God the first thing we tried worked. It's Christmas and I didn't want a $400 bill. So thankful he was able to get it. He was very nice!

Great company for all your plumbing needs. Best worker Brandon!!!! Needs a raise! Highly recommended.

Great job. Showed up on time and completed in a timely fashion.

We had a very positive experience with our tech from Carter's My Plumber, who was able to come out on the same day to address potential leaking from a wax ring. I feel like the price was still a little high, although they were significantly ($300+) cheaper than the company who identified the problem, and made it… Read full review

They come and fix the problem on the same day. Very professional.

Not a fan of the AI system trying to make an appointment. Had to call in 2 times. I want a person. The technician John rocked. Very professional and explained the repair well. Gave me options and educated me on my repair. It was quick and easy.

Harry was very professional and was very courteous

Harry and Myles were professional and upfront with how to approach the clog in my house. They also gave me tips on how to keep things flowing smoothly in my home plumbing wise. I will call on them again if I need anything in the future.

I called Carter’s at 12:15 PM about my clogged toilet drain. I was told they could have someone her between 1:00 & 1:30. I received a call from Alex P at 12:50 telling me he would be here at 1:00. Alex was here at exactly 1:00. He was very polite & friendly to me & my dog. He quickly assessed the situation & told… Read full review

The service guy Alex P that came out quickly found the problem, he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Carter's My Plumber.

Technician(Alex P.) was incredibly professional and helpful in not only fixing the issues I had but also helping with preventative measures to ensure my plumbing conditions stay good longer. My only complaint is the $247 for clearing a clogged toilet and shower drain. However, thank you to Carter's My Plumber and to the technician who made the house call!

We had our old water lines replaced through out the whole house. It was a long process but they did a great job and the guys were very nice, polite and efficient.

On time and got me in quickly. Very professional.

Alex was very professional and personable. He throughly explained the repair process. He cleaned the area and you wouldn't have known he was even here. I would definitely recommend Alex!

Had a shower faucet installed and shut-off valve for toilet replaced along with a wobbly toilet reset. The shower faucet and toilet shut-off valve work was good and professional. But I did not have an issue with my toilet constantly filling the tank until after the new valve and toilet reset. In my honest opinion if… Read full review

Everyone involved that I talk to, and the service to my house was excellent! I’d love that I have a reliable, dependable plumber!

The service technician was outstanding.

Too Expensive. $582.00 to unclog a tub drain of hair and swap out a toilet.

These technicians did a great job and they got my water running right after the water softener has failed

We had a great experience with our Plummer. We will be calling them again for future needs!

Taylor was awesome! Very knowledgeable and did an amazing job!

Pricey but efficient and knowledgeable. Knew what they were doing....enjoyed having a Professional in my home. But for a simple job....was quite pricey. Replaced toilet tank guts and a shower nozzle item.....$536.00!

Come out quick, reasonably priced, and Payton did a great job. Will use again in the future.

Luke was outstanding in customer service and technical skills and explained everything with ease and also went above with also a great attitude!

Carter’s did amazing work! I was also on conference calls all day so they were extra quiet and very respectful gentlemen.

Great service. Brandon called before arriving and was on time - appreciate that much! Professional service with straightforward pricing. Quality work! Thanks, Carters!

Paul did a great job! Very thorough and was very professional! Very satisfied with his work!

Luke was very professional, explained everything upfront and completed work as promised. Great service and very nice young man.

Super nice people who treat you like family. Thank you so much.

Jerrad was AMAZING! He was thorough, thoughtful, pleasant, knowledgeable and very kind. Unknowingly, my tub was pouring out water into the tub all night and the handle couldn't shut it off. While here, I asked him questions about how I could fix my toilet (that ran for 6 minutes per flush) and the garbage disposal… Read full review

Had a great and swift experience with Carter’s Plumbing. Setup appointment and they came out same day and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!

They came out and did my main water line which their price was a little cheaper than everyone else so I went with them and they did a good job so the next time I needed a plumber of course I called them. The next two experiences were very expensive and no good reason why. Charged me $600 to replace a garbage… Read full review
