Best plumber we have in our house in 35 years. He fixed everything and quickly.

Our plumber Alex was very professional and friendly. He notified me just prior to his arrival and completed the needed repairs in an efficient and timely manner.

Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Job was finished in a timely manor and I am very satisfied with the results.

I highly recommend Carter’s My Plumber. The gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable about the their work. Also was on time with schedule for service. Then were quick fixing the issue, only took about 10 - 15 minute to repair my clogged toilet. I would call Carter’s My Plumber again for any plumbing problems.

Amazing customer service. I have used Carter’s 3 x in the last 2 months to repair a broken line, inspect plumbing and to repair a toilet flange that was leaking. They have helped a lot and saved me money overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thanks!

My technician, Myles, was very knowledgeable and personally, and he was more than fair working with me to get the best prices. He figured out the issue and fixed it in about an hour. Carters did an excellent job replacing our toilet. They were able to come the next day after we called and finished the installation very quickly. Was able to solve the clogged drain same day, give some good suggestions and reasonably priced.

Serviceman explained everything to me the cost and what would happen if the first thing didn't work and the cost after that. Thank God the first thing we tried worked. It's Christmas and I didn't want a $400 bill. So thankful he was able to get it. He was very nice!

Not a fan of the AI system trying to make an appointment. Had to call in 2 times. I want a person. The technician John rocked. Very professional and explained the repair well. Gave me options and educated me on my repair. It was quick and easy.

Technician(Alex P.) was incredibly professional and helpful in not only fixing the issues I had but also helping with preventative measures to ensure my plumbing conditions stay good longer. I walked into a sticky situation with my new home but Carter’s saved the day and they were able to fix my master bath as well as install a brand new water heater and water softener!
