We have used Carter’s several times, inside and outside the house. They are quick to provide service, give fair estimates before doing work. And stuff works when they are done.

Service was excellent. We switched from tank to tankless and they did great installing everything. I just wish the sales person would have told us how loud a tankless heater was. Since it's right off our kitchen, it may have affected our decision to switch.

These guys saved our asses. My heating elements went out on my 11 year old water heater, so it was well beyond time for a replacement. Our service provider was very respectful and prompt. Our water heater needed replaced and was still under warranty. We also needed to replace our softener. We found the cost of the “softener replacement” to be quite high. In retrospect we should have replaced the water heater and shopped around for a more reasonable softener.
