Our service provider was very respectful and prompt. Our water heater needed replaced and was still under warranty. We also needed to replace our softener. We found the cost of the “softener replacement” to be quite high. In retrospect we should have replaced the water heater and shopped around for a more reasonable softener.

Quick response and completion of service. Took special care not to damage home as the hot water heater was upstairs. Friendly service with a smile. Not cheap ($2k+) to replace a 50 gal hot water heater but it does come with annual services. (they did take old equipment away)

Installing a tankless gas water heater entails the complexity of devising a venting strategy - no mean feat. Carters' plumbers brought their extensive experience (and courteous patience) to bear, and I am quite happy with the results. Would definitely recommend (and use) Carters again!
