Carter's My Plumber

Had a water heater drained. Completed within 90 minutes. Showed up on time. Price point was excellent especially compared to other plumbing companies that advertise on TV. I would highly recommend Carter’s My Plumber for your plumbing needs.

Carter's plumbers have always been there when I have needed them. Everyone of their employees has been punctual, polite and extremely good at their job. I have had Joshua out to my small business several times now. Carter 100% stands behind thier work. I never hear any dumb sales pitches. They have performed multiple different tasks, jobs, installs for me. (even some speciality stuff for my particualar business). Price is right, price is fair. Good company to work with.

Tech showed up on time and carefully explained what he was going to do and the service was good. I asked about an additional service for the water softener and he quoted and provided that service as well.

Peyton fixed our issues quickly and professionally.

Water heater stopped working. Carter was att my house in less than an hour. Reset the heater. Great guys, clean, courteous and respectful.

Peyton was prompt and efficient. He came within a few days of calling for routine maintenance. He ran the warranty check on our water heater and gave me a detailed report. Service was covered as part of the warranty from Carters.

Brandon communicated well and we could tell he wanted us to understand the situation and what he was doing. Very good service!

I called Carter’s on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment next day. Taylor was on time and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in about an hour. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend Carter’s for services.

I had my water heater drained. The tech was early, explained everything thoroughly. I was at a friends when he did a water tank drain and he was very professional so I called same day to set mine up. I was lucky to get same tech. I’d recommend you guys again

They were able to work me in same day, and Brad did a great job explaining all of the options. This is the second time I’ve used Carter’s now, and I will continue in the future.
