I asked for some misshaped nails to be fixed and they were very rude about it. They have bad customer service and the owner is rude. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail solan. I would not recommend this place (unless you’re okay with living with their mistakes) and I will not go back.

I was so impressed by not only how nice the environment was and the quality of work but how amazingly kind, accommodating, and patient they were.
Manicures were decent. Went back for a pedicure and the lady made 4 of my toes bleed by cutting too much skin or filing down too much.
What can I say about Que... he was absolutely amazing. This momma needed vacation nails and I let him do whatever. I was not disappointed. He took the time to make sure they were absolutely perfect. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Drove all the way up from fort smith to pamper my best friend, Que was our nail tech and he did an amazing job. Told him to surprise us and he did not disappoint. Only thing was we could here other nail techs bad mouth him, and it was a very distasteful. They made us feel a little unwelcomed. Next time I come back I’ll only ask for him.

Had the best experience today! I had to leave for an emergency mid pedicure and they accommodated me when I came back a few hours later. Great quality too! Will be back for sure!
Got my hair done by Hailey. I had just gotten my ear pierced and she was extremely careful the entire time so as to not hurt it. She got all the faded green out of my hair and it came out wonderful! Also super friendly! Also got pedicures with my aunt and they did an amazing job!
