I called Casas Irrigation and they figured it out. They fixed the problem, adjusted my new controller, and even caught a sprinkler that wasn’t putting out water. They got the whole system running again and did a really thorough job. My grass was struggling while the system was down, and it’s already starting to green back up now that everything is working. I’m very glad I found them after the other companies couldn’t help. Highly recommend Casas Irrigation.

I used Casas Irrigation for sprinkler repairs and wanted to share my experience regarding quality control and overall value. The technician arrived promptly, was professional, and completed the work in about two hours. They repaired two PVC pipe leaks, replaced five pop-up heads, and installed four nozzles. The leaks were resolved quickly, and they offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor. However, I was disappointed by the final quality check and pricing. After the technician left, I ran the zones and found several heads spraying directly onto my wooden fence and tree branches instead of covering the lawn. Casas did send someone back to adjust them, but even after the follow-up, some heads were still spraying the fence. Additionally, the owner called afterward and asked why I hadn't noticed the misalignment while the technician was still on site. As a paying customer, I expect the professional to test spray arcs and verify coverage before wrapping up the job, rather than relying on the homeowner to spot basic alignment issues. For approximately two hours of work, the final bill came out to over $750 (even after a discount), which felt high given that the basic alignment was missed and required multiple visits. My advice to future customers is to get a full estimate upfront and walk every zone with the technician before they leave to verify the spray directions.

These guys have taken care of my sprinklers / irrigation at my homes for years. I have had Casas come out whenever I didn’t have time or the experience to quickly correct issues so my lawn and landscaping stayed looking great. I even used them to complete work on a buyer’s request during the sale of one of my previous houses. Most recently I had Casas come out and work on my 24 zone (multiple stations within some zones on manual valves) irrigation system at my new to me home. They were able to correct a leak under a new concrete pad with ease. They found wiring issues that were preventing valves from running. They did everything you could imagine with an irrigation system. I feel like they go above and beyond when you ask for something. The guys working at your home are knowledgeable and can give you ideas or tell you how you could make it better. I could not be happier with the work, and feel the value in what they did was high. I also had Casas install a modern modular Rainbird controller that can expand up to 48 zones, because I didn’t want to click through all the settings standing at the controller so now I can do it on my phone. I’ve had a Rachio (now part of Rainbird) controller that I’ve installed myself at another property, but with the labor and parts guarantee on the bigger commercial type Rainbird that Casas could install I felt it was worth having them do it so I don’t have to worry about it. We probably would have gone with a Rachio again and had Casas install it, which was discussed initially but the scope of work was too large for Rachio because Rachio systems are 1/4 the size and barely half of what I needed, despite their extensive homeowner friendly features. All of Casas work is clean. They take great care of my lawn when they had to dig. Excellent communication with everyone from their office to the guys working at my home. Casas positive reputation online and the highly praised word of mouth recommendations are legit. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell YOU to give them a call.
