Cascade Carpet Cleaning & Home Services are a local family-operated small business and my experience with them over the years has been fantastic. The level of service, professionalism and results from Shane and Rachael are consistently top-notch. And they are great people as well.
Not a bad thing to say about this family owned company!!! Highly recommend. I hired Cascade back in April to clean my bedrooms and my area rug before we brought our new baby home. I waited to leave a review to see how the rugs and carpet held up after the service. The owner and his son arrived early, they were…
Shane was professional, personable and efficient! Would definitely use Cascade’s services again.
Wonderful company with quality work, reasonable prices, and personable employees. I'm a repeat customer and they're my go-to for all my carpet and miscellaneous cleaning needs!
Great customer service. Very honest and educational about carpet cleaning options. Will def use again.
Shane and Romeo did great work on our whole home. A thorough job and they have pride in their work! Thanks guys!
This is an amazing family owned business. They were thorough, friendly, and priced more fairly than other companies. I also needed an appointment with a small turnaround, and they were able to accommodate. Thank you!!
These guys are awesome. Friendly service worth every penny. Don't waste your time or money on renting a rug doctor when you could get a service from Cascade instead for not much more...
Really nice folks, very professional and punctual. Well run family business. Have used them before and will continue to call on them for carpet and upholstery care.
Great quality service! Very Professional. Recommend them highly
I called them on short notice to get a commercial carpet cleaning before my new store front opens next week. The equipment they used was surprisingly quiet and did a great job removing the stains from the previous tenant. They kept it affordable for the quality of the service. Also cool to see a Father /Son team…
Shane and Romeo showed up on time were very professional and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
I highly recommend Cascade. I called them to clean a rug and carpets that had cat urine stains. Shane was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He provided a great deal of info and was very direct about the potential of making the situation worst, depending on the severity of the urine. I took the chance and had…
Cascade Carpet will be the only company that I will now use for all of my carpet cleaning. They called a half hour before arrival, showed up in that time frame I was given, came in and went right to work. Friendly and professional at the same time
We could not be happier with this service. They were super responsive; easy to schedule; great pricing and excellent results. On top of that, they shared lots of expertise and tips on how to keep our carpets looking fresh. Support local!! Highly recommend!!
Prompt, professional, and very pleasant. After cleaning my carpet he also fixed my broken garbage disposal.
Shane Went over all the chemistry and explained how the process worked. He covered every sqaure centimeter of carpet. We had white carpet which looked relatively clean but after he was done there was dramatic improvement. I could tell he was very empathetic and was acutely aware of how I felt he was doing. He…
Very professional and knowledgeable. Honest and hard working. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Shane and his crew just left our home after carefully and thoroughly cleaning out carpet. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and then some issues discovered with our carpets. These folks are professional and I would definitely recommend them to others.
I appreciate Shane’s integrity and that he doesn’t try to “sell” you on whatever is going to make him the most money, but instead takes time to answer questions honestly to help decide the service that will actually be most beneficial to you. I have spoken to him another time on the phone when I just needed expert…
