Excellent cleaning !

The cleaners from Cascade were excellent. We hired them for routine cleaning, starting with a deep cleaning of our house. They were easy to work with, starting from scheduling a walk through and initial quote to getting on a routine schedule. They were flexible with our schedule which was much appreciated. Jordan and Jonathan came for an initial regular cleaning (after a very easy meet and greet with Janett) and all has been incredibly smooth and great so far. They were really communicative and easy to reach and they did an incredible job.

Excellent job. They appear to keep their word and stand by their work.

Amiya Grayson did an A++ spectacular cleaning! She was on time and thorough. Amiya introduced herself and followed our special directions, we hope Amiya comeback in 2 weeks for our regular cleaning!

Very thorough. We love the way our home looks after a cleaning. Johnathan is a hard worker and leaves our house shining.

Updating my review after 1 year. We are very happy with the quality of service provided by Cascade. Our usual cleaner Kenyan has moved on and today we had Kolby clean our home. She was very diligent and thorough as well as very friendly to us and our dog. We have a 3,000 sqft home and use their biweekly home… Read full review

We had to reschedule our usual Wednesday cleaning service this week due to a schedule conflict. Cascade was very accomodating and Kenyon and Amanda were able to come by Tuesday morning instead. The house looks great, as usual. Thank you for your continued hard work.

Great experience! Sarah & Naleen worked very hard, and were very pleasant to work with.

Felicia and Crystal did a fabulous job. They took care of the on top of, behinds and underneaths per our walk thru. They also cleaned our items that are on the counters, dressers and in the shower. Special attention paid to wiping down all items not just cleaning around them. Every surface gets dusty in a home and… Read full review

Really good house cleaning service available in Mount Vernon, WA. We’ve used this company for about ten months now. Two cleaners have cleaned for us during this time - Sarah and Ashley - both very good.

Kenyon and Natalie did an outstanding job!

I thought my countertops were clean before Maire came, but she made them gleam! She does a great job in two hours.

I am very happy with the cascade team

I like everything about this service. I enjoy the convenience of having my credit card on file, so no cash exchange in person. I really like Ashley, and find her to be friendly, sweet, effective and efficient. Plus, communication with Cascade is easy and friendly. That is SO important.

Today was the first time we've ever used a house cleaning service (and I'm sure it showed!). Sarah and Natalie were amazing, and the transformation to our living space is nothing short of magic as far as I'm concerned. They also had to spend additional time due to my initial underestimate of the size and scope of… Read full review

Sarah did a fantastic job, I really appreciate her attention to detail and thoroughness!

I had Cascade for deep cleaning as well as regular. They do a super job and the workers are professional as well as extremely nice.

Did a good job. Had to have them go over a few places they missed and they were slower than I expected, but overall I’d hire them again!

Patrick and the team were fabulous for our first deep clean. Patrick was very communicative and responsive as we were setting it up, and Gabby our cleaner was on time, professional, and very detailed. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

We get our home cleaned every other week, and I couldn’t be happier with the ease of scheduling and payment. We’re on a recurring schedule, and payment is automated. Whenever I need to adjust the schedule, I just send Patrick a quick text, and he makes it work with our cleaner. We’ve been through several flakey and… Read full review
