Year round service
I used Cascade Pest Control for years. In April there was a rodent in my attic, first the technician couldn't identify what it was. It then took 4 months of checking traps, rodents weren't taking the bait. The technician said he would talk to his manager, crickets. I called to talk to the manager and he came to my…
Great customer service and friendliness from Jason. He’s also very informative with teaching me about rodents and insects. Not pushy sales tactics at all, just giving me some options in the future for other services, if I choose to . Jason did an inspection around my home and inside my house also. Great experience overall and very professional! 😀
Cascade Pest Control provides a valuable service for me. When I bought my house 6 years ago rats had access to my crawl space. After repairing the crawl space I hired Cascade Pest Control and they have done an excellent job controlling rats and insects. Jack is excellent.

Larry always does the greatest!
Our technician, Amy, is always friendly, thorough, and communicative! She checks in about what we are seeing and experiencing and shares her expertise and reports back what she is seeing as well as what, how, and where she treated the home. We've had such a good experience with Cascade Post Control and appreciate Amy in particular!

Charlie, at Cascade Pest has been the most effective pest control professional we’ve ever had, … plus, he’s very personable.
Charlie takes good care of us & keeps the rodents away. And the office is always great at responding to me. Thank you
Our technician is super-friendly and we have noticed a significant difference in the amount of spiders and rats since we have regular pest inspections.
Super friendly, honest and helpful.
Everyone, especially Evan, is so professional, kindly, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I always get good advice and they work with my preferences to exclude and deter rodents. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
Cascade comes out on a quarterly schedule to inspect our property. They do a great job checking for any signs of trouble as they spray the foundation and roofline to prevent any problems. They check the rat bait traps too.
Very happy
Overall very good service. During our most recent service the technician used our outdoor hose — it would have been nice if he had returned it the way it was, instead of leaving it in a tangled mess. He unscrewed the watering nozzle and left it in the dirt, which was lazy.
very professional and knowledgeable!
Professional and fast
