Dante has taken care of our rental property for years. He has always done a fantastic job of locating, communicating issues and suggesting resolutions. He is a 10 star employee!
Year round service
I used Cascade Pest Control for years. In April there was a rodent in my attic, first the technician couldn't identify what it was. It then took 4 months of checking traps, rodents weren't taking the bait. The technician said he would talk to his manager, crickets. I called to talk to the manager and he came to my…
Very professional, knowledgable and courteous. Appreciated his thorough approach and explanations of what to expect following this initial treatment.
Dante was great! He was very professional and patient in explaining the service, not pushy at all. We’ve never had a pest service for our ant problem but signed up for the quarterly service (they come back in 2 weeks and spray outside again). I was worried about spraying in the house but the attachment is a…
Cascade Pest Control provides a valuable service for me. When I bought my house 6 years ago rats had access to my crawl space. After repairing the crawl space I hired Cascade Pest Control and they have done an excellent job controlling rats and insects. Jack is excellent.
Always accommodating our requests.
Michael at Cascade Pest Control was very thorough and did a great job treating our home for an ant infestation we have had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I was anxious about using pest control services having never used them before, but when I had unwanted pests, I was pointed to Cascade Pest Control and I was so relieved and comforted! Their professionalism and comfort in describing exactly how they would get rid of the invaders, and advising me how to keep them…
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very good service, Amy was very thorough in making sure she got all the places the ants were coming from. Answered all of my questions and let me know what to expect. I highly recommend Cascade Pest Control.

Great service and professional. Always checks in after service to see if there is any additional concerns.
Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful as we worked through specific questions and requests pertaining to the house.
Our technician, Amy, is always friendly, thorough, and communicative! She checks in about what we are seeing and experiencing and shares her expertise and reports back what she is seeing as well as what, how, and where she treated the home. We've had such a good experience with Cascade Post Control and appreciate Amy in particular!
Cascade gives me notice of an upcoming visit, shows up on time, and sends me a report. My only quibble is that the rodent bait stations are routinely 100% consumed and they don’t adjust The number of bait stations or the frequency of the service.
I have used Cascade for several years now and been extremely happy with their service. They take care of the pests and have always been very professional and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.
Cascade comes out on a quarterly schedule to inspect our property. They do a great job checking for any signs of trouble as they spray the foundation and roofline to prevent any problems. They check the rat bait traps too.
Charlie is great! He is always careful and conscientious. When he is done, he takes the time to explain what he did and any issues that I need to know about.
I would highly recommend cascade pest control. Larry has been servicing our house for years and has kept the ants and wasps at bay - he is friendly, knowledgeable and always makes sure to check in with us to see if we have any new issues.
Our dedicated service provider, Bruce, (sorry, I hope that's his name, I can't remember his name at this moment), he serviced our home today; 11/3/2022. He provides absolutely the best personalized service. He is so polite, thorough, and truly focused on his customers. He is truly the only reason we remain loyal…
