Cascade Pest Control provides a valuable service for me. When I bought my house 6 years ago rats had access to my crawl space. After repairing the crawl space I hired Cascade Pest Control and they have done an excellent job controlling rats and insects. Jack is excellent.

Cascade comes out on a quarterly schedule to inspect our property. They do a great job checking for any signs of trouble as they spray the foundation and roofline to prevent any problems. They check the rat bait traps too.

Overall very good service. During our most recent service the technician used our outdoor hose — it would have been nice if he had returned it the way it was, instead of leaving it in a tangled mess. He unscrewed the watering nozzle and left it in the dirt, which was lazy.
