Year round service
Good service - timely and thorough - and responds to our needs. Answered all our questions and explained the process carefully and thoroughly.
Very professional, came up with a plan for a tough situation. Very satisfied.
Great customer service and friendliness from Jason. He’s also very informative with teaching me about rodents and insects. Not pushy sales tactics at all, just giving me some options in the future for other services, if I choose to . Jason did an inspection around my home and inside my house also. Great experience overall and very professional! 😀
Michael was great! Helpful knowledgeable, and on top of it all.
Neighbors had mice and rats so we wanted our home checked out for peace of mind.
Always accommodating our requests.

Everyone, especially Evan, is so professional, kindly, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I always get good advice and they work with my preferences to exclude and deter rodents. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
Charlie comes to our house every 2 months to check for rodent activity and refill the bait traps. He is always informative and just a really nice guy. We've been with Cascade for more than 2 years. Other pest control companies come by to try to get us to switch to them, but my hand goes up as soon as they begin…
Service agent amazing!
