Even though the shop was very busy, Cason's CEO called me personally and assured me that he was going to oversee my generator repair. I am so thankful he was on the ball. Cason's work is outstanding overall, just understand that during spring season, their shop is busy as hell. You may have to wait a little longer than expected.
