Casper Plumbing (formerly CK Mechanical)

Robert and associate showed up right on schedule. They were able to use the replacement parts I had purchased. They had my faucet sprayer hose repaired with in 15 minutes. Thank you!

Derek, with Casper Plumbing was so easy to work with. He came out and did a thorough check to give me a good bid. He had some recommendations, with expertise backing them up. Derek is a great communicator, and although the work was happening in my absence, I received daily phone calls with updates. The price for… Read full review

Derek and Chris did outstanding work. Really friendly and enjoyable guys to be around while demonstrating an awesome work ethic. Will call them back in a heartbeat next time I need more plumbing.

Very helpful in replacing a good check of plumbing, helped with payments and tried to fix the issue as fast but effectively as possible

Robert was thorough and efficient. He would have had a 5 star if he had replaced the ceiling tiles to the downstairs closet-he needed that entry to get to a pipe. It is difficult for me to reach over my head, even from a step ladder.

Casper Plumbing was professional and straightforward in fixing a mistake I made during my shower installation. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what went wrong, and corrected it without any runaround. The work was clean, solid, and gave me confidence that the shower was done right.

Robert was great! He was very friendly and was comfortable with our dog. He was very quick and told us what we needed. He even checked out another leak we were having! Overall a wonderful service that I would definitely get again.

Robert was absolutely great to work with and a true professional

I can’t say enough good about this outfit. Not only did they come and fix what I asked them to fix. It was done well and they discovered other things that were wrong and made recommendations on fixing those. They were then able to prevent a lot of very big, very expensive downstream work with thoughtful prevention.… Read full review

The most kind and professional techs out there! We’ve been using them for 6 years with no issues or complaints. I highly recommend them

What started out as a yearly maintenance and cleaning of the tankless water heater and inspection lead to the discovery of leaky toilets that were not properly installed, pump issues, improperly installed outside faucets and pipes, leaky faucets and drains. I’m very grateful for Derek being honest and not just… Read full review

They were able to install our new hot water quickly and efficiently. They were not expensive at all. After 2 weeks of no hot water they are our hero’s. We also had pressure issues with our washer and kitchen sink and they were able to clear the sediment fast and now everything is working and we have hot water!!

Have used this company for several repairs including Tankless water heater installation and drain clean out services. For those services (i.e. Major installation) they were fine. However, I had them do a faucet replacement for my upstairs bath/tub and re-caulking of my bath/tub. $1,400 later and 3 different… Read full review

Awesome guys did a great job!! Thanks for everything.

Scheduling was immediate, and service was very quick. Friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have in our home. Will definitely call them again, and will refer any friends or family needing there services. Thank you!!!

CK was nice from the start on the phone. Every other business I called answered the phone like I was interrupting them, and couldn't do repair for days. CK mechanical sent a repairman out 30 minutes later! Derek was polite, professional and personable. He even cleaned up his mess! I know who to call first next time! Thank you, Derek for helping us out.
