Robert was thorough and efficient. He would have had a 5 star if he had replaced the ceiling tiles to the downstairs closet-he needed that entry to get to a pipe. It is difficult for me to reach over my head, even from a step ladder.
Casper Plumbing was professional and straightforward in fixing a mistake I made during my shower installation. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what went wrong, and corrected it without any runaround. The work was clean, solid, and gave me confidence that the shower was done right.

They were able to install our new hot water quickly and efficiently. They were not expensive at all. After 2 weeks of no hot water they are our hero’s. We also had pressure issues with our washer and kitchen sink and they were able to clear the sediment fast and now everything is working and we have hot water!!

CK was nice from the start on the phone. Every other business I called answered the phone like I was interrupting them, and couldn't do repair for days. CK mechanical sent a repairman out 30 minutes later! Derek was polite, professional and personable. He even cleaned up his mess! I know who to call first next time!
