Very helpful, Very prompt, Casper plumbing is great. I cant say enough they helped me get my home back up and running after a water disaster.
Our serviceman was Derek. He was great. Good looking installation and he answered any questions we had. Company is great to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
Casper plumbing was quick to come over and take care of our issue. I was impressed that Robert provided several service options and allowed me to choose what solution would work best for my family and my budget. His work was quick and professional. I felt I was in good hands and would definitely call Casper Plumbing again.
I can’t recommend Derek and his crew highly enough. I hired them during the sale of my home to address several plumbing issues that came up during the inspection process, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Derek’s communication was excellent throughout the entire project. He kept me informed every step…
Derek and Chris did outstanding work. Really friendly and enjoyable guys to be around while demonstrating an awesome work ethic. Will call them back in a heartbeat next time I need more plumbing.
Very helpful in replacing a good check of plumbing, helped with payments and tried to fix the issue as fast but effectively as possible
We had a kitchen sink clogged, which ended up having to go deeper into the pipe. We called Casper plumbing at 12:05 PM by 3 PM Daniel Lemons responded! He corrected and fix the issue. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with this young man. He is an excellent plumber/technician. Very professional,…
they got here next day and helped us immediately
I can’t say enough good about this outfit. Not only did they come and fix what I asked them to fix. It was done well and they discovered other things that were wrong and made recommendations on fixing those. They were then able to prevent a lot of very big, very expensive downstream work with thoughtful prevention.…
Craig was very punctual. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Love that they rebranded and have new people. Thank you for being fast and efficient
I have used CK Mechanical several times. They are prompt, professional and give me confidence in their services. They take good care of their customers.
I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They were able to send someone out the same day who arrived promptly and was very helpful. Great value for the service provided. We will definitely use this company again and again. Thank you!
What started out as a yearly maintenance and cleaning of the tankless water heater and inspection lead to the discovery of leaky toilets that were not properly installed, pump issues, improperly installed outside faucets and pipes, leaky faucets and drains. I’m very grateful for Derek being honest and not just…
Have used this company for several repairs including Tankless water heater installation and drain clean out services. For those services (i.e. Major installation) they were fine. However, I had them do a faucet replacement for my upstairs bath/tub and re-caulking of my bath/tub. $1,400 later and 3 different…
I called CK Mechanical to detect a leak situation I had at my house. While they weren't able to get to it for several days, they did a great job directing me to what I could do to help mitigate and also turned off water at main for me. Ended up being a city issue, but Derek was great guiding me to a resolution…
Always available and accommodating
Two technicians came to my home to reroute my plumbing for my water softener. I am totally pleased with their promptness, their friendliness, and their professionalism. I totally recommend C K Mechanical for all of your plumbing needs.
On time, very friendly and showed me what to do to prevent and repair issue in the future. Very pleased.
Great customer service! Thank you for getting our leaks fixed!
CK Mechanical has been able to come out almost immediately when I call with leak issues that multiple other people had not been able to locate. They found the leak and fixed in a very prompt manner. The plumbers who came out were more than happy to answer my many questions and thoroughly explain what they were doing…
Michael Davila was friendly, on time, and very helpful! He's helped us in the past and always figured out the problem. Today was no different. Figured out where the leak was coming from, helped fix it in a timely manner and informed us of the family plan! 5 Stars for him!!
Scheduling was immediate, and service was very quick. Friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have in our home. Will definitely call them again, and will refer any friends or family needing there services. Thank you!!!
We use CK mechanical for all of our rentals. They do great work. I have never had anything fail that they have done.
Was told repairman was supposed to call before he showed up but he just showed up. Does not negatively affect my score just something to be mindful of. Did the work in a timely and courteous manner. Nothing more to say. Reasonably priced and did the work with no issues. Thank you.
Excellent job! Called and was able to schedule for next day service. They did a great job keeping in touch and verifying leak was repaired. Great price! Highly recommend.
CK was nice from the start on the phone. Every other business I called answered the phone like I was interrupting them, and couldn't do repair for days. CK mechanical sent a repairman out 30 minutes later! Derek was polite, professional and personable. He even cleaned up his mess! I know who to call first next time! Thank you, Derek for helping us out.
I had replaced a leaking dishwasher with a new one and the leak continued - - through the kitchen floor and into my laundry room. I was extremely distraught but CK worked me into their schedule and got 2 fast & funny plumbers to my house. In a short amount of time, they identified two issues and resolved them both…
