They were very nice on the phone and the gentleman that fixed my water heater was very polite and respectful. They replaced my water heater the same day they looked at the old one. I will give them 5 stars any day of the week they are that good.
Robert and Kris deserve a raise and extra vacation time.
Did fine with hot water heater replacement. Unable to fix my outside lines due to spiders in the crawl space.
He was good, efficient and at a fair price. We were not up to code on our last installment by another company. Thank you

They squeezed us in the same day, changed out a water heater, and got us a bill right away.
Thank you so much, I called and within 1/2 hour you were able to get someone over here right away. Your employee was really nice and let me know what was going on. Thank you again😊 I'm a first time home homeowner and really don't know much about home repairs.

Great experience with Casper Plumbing. I called at 7:30am to see if they could help me with a water heater that was ready to burst. They had two technicians at my house in about an hour and I had a new one installed and my system serviced in about 3 hours. The guys were great and kept me informed throughout the…
Service was phenomenal!! Kris arrived within an hour of me making my call for service, another company wouldn’t even look at it until the following week. He clearly discussed what was needed and gave suggestions on how to clean up some unnecessary piping. Made some calls and found the special sized water heater…
I can’t say enough good about this outfit. Not only did they come and fix what I asked them to fix. It was done well and they discovered other things that were wrong and made recommendations on fixing those. They were then able to prevent a lot of very big, very expensive downstream work with thoughtful prevention.…
I have had Casper plumbing fix little issues around the house for plumbing and they have always done an outstanding job. Unfortunately just had a water heater go out and they got me in within 24hours and did an amazing job as always. Shout out to Robert for a great job!
The service was great. Robert was very knowledgeable. I would have liked to received an itemized receipt instead of just a total.
I have used CK Mechanical several times. They are prompt, professional and give me confidence in their services. They take good care of their customers.
The most kind and professional techs out there! We’ve been using them for 6 years with no issues or complaints. I highly recommend them
Derek was a great and professional technician who came over and replaced my water heater. He even was able to get it done earlier than expected. All around great service and nice!
They were able to install our new hot water quickly and efficiently. They were not expensive at all. After 2 weeks of no hot water they are our hero’s. We also had pressure issues with our washer and kitchen sink and they were able to clear the sediment fast and now everything is working and we have hot water!!
We have used CK 3 times since we moved to the area 2 years ago (soft water installation, clogged outdoor drain, and new water heater) and could not be more satisfied with the work overall. What has stood out the most is how polite and professional the techs have been each time. We will continue to call CK in the future.
When hot water heater rusted out midday on a Friday, CK Mechanical was able to dispatch Blake within the hour. Three other plumbers said next week. May be simple, but homeowner headache! The woman I talked to was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Blake was the best. Again, very professional and…
