Review from Google · view on GoogleI genuinely cannot say enough good things about Braydin and the experience I had with Castle Electrical. He came out to install my Tesla Wall Connector, and this may honestly have been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. From the moment he arrived, Braydin was exceptionally professional, charismatic, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. More importantly, his level of knowledge and expertise was immediately obvious. He explained everything clearly, was completely transparent about what he was doing and why, answered every question I had with confidence, and made the entire process effortless. The quality and efficiency of his work were equally impressive. He worked incredibly quickly without ever seeming rushed, and the installation was completed far faster than I expected while still being done with an obvious level of care and skill. Watching someone who clearly knows their craft that well is impressive in itself. There’s good customer service, and then there are rare experiences where someone is so outstanding at their job that you genuinely feel compelled to leave a review afterward. This was absolutely the latter. Braydin is an incredible representative for Castle Electrical. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, transparent, and exceptionally skilled — I genuinely don’t know what more you could ask for. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I would recommend Braydin and Castle Electrical without hesitation to absolutely anyone needing electrical work. If management reads these reviews: you have an exceptional employee in Braydin. Give this guy the recognition he deserves!!
