Castle Rock Imports at a glance
Customers frequently highlight the shop's transparent communication, fair pricing, and ability to handle complex German vehicle repairs, including suspension and brake work. Reviews often note the staff's willingness to explain diagnostics thoroughly and avoid unnecessary upselling. However, a recurring criticism in lower-rated feedback involves disputes over diagnostic fees for minor issues or code reads, along with allegations of rude interactions when customers question billing or repair decisions.
