I had a literal car emergency today and the guys at Castle Rock Imports came through for me like they always do. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the friendly staff, the quality of their work, etc… I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports!!!

The guys at CRI are great! They completed our car as promised, and for a reasonable price. They also gave me a heads up on upcoming maintenance. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I enjoy doing business with Castle Rock imports. I find them very honest and professional. They have actually called me twice (every six months) to check on the status of my cars. There are no other businesses that I work with today with this level of service. They are clearly raising the bar for others.

Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

If you have a German car, this is the only place to take it in Castlerock. Excellent customer service and flawless execution every time!

I bought my car from my mom and she has been going here for years. To make sure my car is the best it can be I continued to go here for any car maintenance or troubles I may have. The workers are very sweet and honest and keep my car running. They don’t do anything extra your car doesn’t need helping you save on time and money 10/10 recommended!

The service at Castle Rock Imports is terrific. My car was finished on time. I have had no issues since I picked it up. Grayson is new but very helpful. Josh is always friendly. I also received a follow-up call to make sure the car is running well.

Castle Rock Imports is the best place I have ever been. This company is ran by honest and loyal mechanics. I love this place and they do really good work.

I've taken my Subaru in twice to Castle Rock Imports (60k mile tune up, battery, brakes, headlights, oil change) and both times they have been awesome to work with. Communication was great and they always gave an honest assessment of the status of my car. I trust these guys with my car.

These guys did a great job getting my aged vehicle back in proper operating condition. The price was fair and reasonable. Very happy with their service.
