Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues… Read full review

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

I just want to take a minute to say that we have had the best experiences with Castle Rock Imports. They have worked on 2 of our cars. They are honest which is so hard to find in a mechanic. Everyone that works there is so nice. They always call and check in after a few days to make sure everything is working well.… Read full review

I brought my prius in because it wouldn't start. Castle rock imports diagnosed, repaired, and returned the vehicle very fast. Just a couple days. I think everyone can agree the #1 worry when going to any place is that they will say you need unnecessary work done. I love that this garage has the ethics to simply do… Read full review

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review

Tim and Josh are the BEST! I have been going here for 20 years. Counting my wife, daughter, granddaughter and grandson, we have 6 Toyotas. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Knowledgeable, professional, exceptional.

I've been here before and have never been disappointed. I made the mistake of taking my Audi to a different shop near my house when a check engine light came on and was very dissatisfied. So, I returned to Castle Rock Imports. They were very professional, honest, and very helpful. I will only be going here from now on. They're wonderful and reliable.

Love this shop! Friendly guys. Great service!! You can trust that they will do their best for you. It's fun to go there...great music!

We have serviced our Audi at Castle Rock Imports for a while now. They are fair and honest every time. They have always been professional, timely and knowledgeable with the services they have provided. We are confident our vehicles are serviced correctly at each visit. Highly recommended!!!

These guys are very professional and they do a great job on all repairs and maintenance.

I had called Castle Rock Imports for the first time for a service engine light. I spoke with the owner and as my vehicle was still under warranty for a few days he provided some advice and directed me back to the dealership. The problem was resolved. I cannot thank the owner enough for his honesty and advice.

Tim and Crew are very professional and produce top-notch high quality work. I recommend them to people wanting to know of a trustworthy, quality shop. You won’t find a better shop I the area.
