I had a literal car emergency today and the guys at Castle Rock Imports came through for me like they always do. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the friendly staff, the quality of their work, etc… I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports!!!

These guys are fantastic. Professional and great communication. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my Lexus to them for 5 + years and appreciate the honesty and top quality of work that the team has always provided. It's refreshing to have TRUST in a company.

Excellent Service. Staff (Tim, Josh and Grayson) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They never try to upsell me on anything. They provide quality services, and the work was completed on schedule and at the quoted price.

OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time. The team is professional, easy to communicate… Read full review

We’ve been taking our cars here for years and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. The courtesy and service are over the top. Would give them five stars + if there was such a thing.

Several services completed… the team is excellent from scheduling, great pricing, work quality, and communication. I look forward to continued work with such a conscientious and local business.

Can’t recommend Castle Rock Imports enough. Josh and Grayson are both wonderful to deal with. We’ve taken both of our vehicles here and each time we appreciate their honesty, great service, and all around how kind and helpful they are!

Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues… Read full review

Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

Great experience with Castle Rock Imports. Another shop quoted $1,500 in repairs, but CRI inspected the vehicle and said nothing was needed right now. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

Thankful to have found a thoughtful and thorough mechanic in Castle Rock. They call and check on my car, they have helped me with a ride before, they help me budget repairs over time if needed. Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

I trust them with my Subaru Forester XT. They serviced my car within the estimated timeframe and I was pleasantly surprised at the price considering the XT is a turbo. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and professional.

The team at Castle Rock imports is friendly, courteous, reliable and responsive. Services are not over priced. Highly recommended.

Very capable, friendly & helpful… on several occasions.
