I had a literal car emergency today and the guys at Castle Rock Imports came through for me like they always do. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the friendly staff, the quality of their work, etc… I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports!!!

Great experience with Castle Rock Imports. Another shop quoted $1,500 in repairs, but CRI inspected the vehicle and said nothing was needed right now. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

I trust them with my Subaru Forester XT. They serviced my car within the estimated timeframe and I was pleasantly surprised at the price considering the XT is a turbo. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and professional.

Excellent service, ready on time, friendly and courteous staff.

Castle Rock Imports have done a great job on both our vehicles one being a Mercedes and the second vehicle, an Audi. We have not any problems with either vehicle after the service was completed.

Castle Rock Imports provides great service at very reasonable prices. They have a professional highly trained staff who excel in the workmanship they provide! We have all three of our vehicles (Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes) serviced by them.

I bought my car from my mom and she has been going here for years. To make sure my car is the best it can be I continued to go here for any car maintenance or troubles I may have. The workers are very sweet and honest and keep my car running. They don’t do anything extra your car doesn’t need helping you save on time and money 10/10 recommended!

What a refreshing experience to receive quality work and polite customer service. Brandon also prevented me from having work done that I really didn't need. I no longer drive to Denver for automotive maintenance. Nothing but thumbs up from me to be sure !

Josh and team did a great job with my Audi on its 55K service. So much easier than going to the dealer and cheaper than the Audi Care alternative. The work was done on-time at the estimated price. The shuttle services makes it very convenient. I'll be using them again for other vehicles. So nice to have a quality repair and service solution nearby.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I moved to the area just over two years ago and could not be more thankful for Castle Rock Imports. After cautiously bringing my car to the shop the first few times, I found their prices to be reasonable, their advice to be invaluable, and the dependability of the repairs to and maintenance of my cars to be very liberating.

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls.
