Castle Rock Imports

I had a literal car emergency today and the guys at Castle Rock Imports came through for me like they always do. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the friendly staff, the quality of their work, etc… I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports!!!

Service for low mileage 2019 GTI. Recently moved to Castle Rock and this is the first time I’ve used CR Imports. Selected them for their very positive reviews and convenience to where I live. I was impressed by the friendliness of the folks there, their interest in my car and where I liked to drive it, and their… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time. The team is professional, easy to communicate… Read full review

This shop does excellent work. Highly recommended.

I'm so thankful to have Castle Rock imports nearby. I have been going to them for service for the past three years and have been more than satisfied. They are reliable, fair priced, and typically very accommodating with regard to scheduling. I appreciate the fact that they don't try to upsell you on service needs,… Read full review

Fast, fair and friendly.

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for well over a decade. I can't image going anywhere else.

Best vehicle and customer service in Colorado.

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

I have been shopping around for years when I moved here for the right mechanics. And Castle Rock Imports has the mechanics you keep around! They may not be the cheapest place in town, but I truly believe the quality is there. And to keep your cars lasting as long as they should, you’ll have a Fantastic team you can… Read full review

We have been using Castle Rock Imports for years and just love them. They do great work but, to me, the most important thing is their honesty. We completely trust them. Taking your car in for work to be done is like going to the dentist-you open your mouth and hope they are doing a good job! You have to trust what… Read full review

I have used Castle Rock Imports the last three years for service and maintenance on both our Honda and Subaru. I think their charges/prices are competitive and find the staff & technicians friendly, helpful, informative, and attentive to questions we might have. I recently had a problem with a weak battery in my… Read full review

I brought my prius in because it wouldn't start. Castle rock imports diagnosed, repaired, and returned the vehicle very fast. Just a couple days. I think everyone can agree the #1 worry when going to any place is that they will say you need unnecessary work done. I love that this garage has the ethics to simply do… Read full review

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review

I've taken my Subaru in twice to Castle Rock Imports (60k mile tune up, battery, brakes, headlights, oil change) and both times they have been awesome to work with. Communication was great and they always gave an honest assessment of the status of my car. I trust these guys with my car.

Castle Rock Imports is wonderful! They do great work and never charge me for services I don't need. I have had multiple vehicles serviced by them and they always ensure that I fully understand (and approve) any maintenance I need that I wasn't expecting. They keep my old car running safely, but never suggest… Read full review

Thank you Castle Rock Imports for you help today with my dead battery! After getting zero help or consideration from the dealership, you guys took care of me. The instant my car is out of warranty I will be ditching the dealership and taking my car to you for service. Castle Rock - take your care to Castle Rock Imports!

My parents and I have been going to Tim and Josh ever since I was driving. Not only do they do great repairs on cars, but they are so trustworthy. If they tell you your car needs something you know you actually do. They also feel like family in the way they take care of you. I will never go to anyone else even if it… Read full review

Been using Castle Rock Imports for a few years now for regular maintenance. They are always friendly, available for appointments and last minute walk-ins, accurate service time frames, and decent pricing. Never had them try to oversell or make things up that "need done" - this is a huge bonus and rare to find in… Read full review
