Castle Rock Imports

These guys are the absolute best! We’ve brought both our Volkswagens in to be inspected and we’ll keep coming back! They are kind, professional, incredibly honest and they just go above and beyond. Our car has a piece that is no longer made and he exhausted his options trying to find the piece. Highest of praise to… Read full review

Great job!

I've used Castle Rock Imports for my Porsche Cayenne (Diesel) for almost 6 years. They always do a great job and have wonderful customer service. **updated review - still can't say enough good things about Castle Rock Imports. As a single mom, it's so nice to know I can rely on this team to take care of my… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports took our BMW in at 9 AM on April 1. Service to be performed was a brake flush and was done and only two hours. Couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be back!

OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

Josh and everyone were very informative and they did a great job working on my truck. I felt like they were honest and timely. There was an issue during the repair (parts distributor fault not theirs) and they called me right away to let me know, and still continued to get the work done in a timely fashion. I won’t… Read full review

This shop does excellent work. Highly recommended.

Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues… Read full review

We’ve been going to Castle Rock Imports for years, and they’ve always been great to us. The staff is honest, straightforward, and really good at what they do. They take the time to explain things, never try to upsell, and their work is always solid. It’s hard to find a mechanic you actually trust, but these guys… Read full review

Fast, fair and friendly.

ALWAYS a great experience at Castle Rock Imports! We have taken 3 different cards to them for a variety of services, they have always been quick, knowledgeable, kind, informative, and reasonably priced. They recently did a brake and rotor job on my wife’s car while I was working out of town; they dropped her off… Read full review

I have been going to Castle Rock Motors for many years now. I always receive truthful assessments of the car issues and usually more than one option for resolution. Work is always excellent. I refuse to go anywhere else if my car needs repairs (other than oil changes).

Great experience with Castle Rock Imports. Another shop quoted $1,500 in repairs, but CRI inspected the vehicle and said nothing was needed right now. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

I am so thankful for Tim and the crew at Castle Rock Imports. They go above and beyond with attention and care for me and my vehicle! It's not often you can find an auto shop that is honest and does impeccable work, but Castle Rock Imports delivers!

Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

Got me fit into a busy schedule and got it done faster than they even said they would!

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for well over a decade. I can't image going anywhere else.

Castle Rock Imports has provided the best and most honest service I’ve ever experienced for auto repair. I never question their diagnosis and recommendations, as they have been honest about current state of the vehicle and how necessary repairs are - or aren’t as the case may be. We have 3 BMW vehicles we have… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports repaired my brakes/rotors quickly and for a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough for your car needs. I’ve not been more pleased to deal with car repairs than I have with this business. They make everything easy and they’re so kind which is important to me!

Castle Rock Imports is the only place I take my vehicles. We have been going to them for over 10yrs and appreciate how honest they are. Always take care of us and keep the vehicles safe. The work is always done in a timely manner and with a smile!
