Castle Rock Imports took our BMW in at 9 AM on April 1. Service to be performed was a brake flush and was done and only two hours. Couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Castle Rock Motors for many years now. I always receive truthful assessments of the car issues and usually more than one option for resolution. Work is always excellent. I refuse to go anywhere else if my car needs repairs (other than oil changes).

Great experience with Castle Rock Imports. Another shop quoted $1,500 in repairs, but CRI inspected the vehicle and said nothing was needed right now. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

Castle Rock Imports was extremely helpful when I called in and asked questions about servicing my car. They were able to schedule me in the same week, and looked into other minor issues with my car that were bothering me. I will definitely use them again.

The team at Castle Rock Imports did a great job and provided excellent service. I've never had a better experience at an auto repair shop. I have taken my Volvo S40 and my Nissan rogue sport to this shop for years. Tim and all other employees are seriously amazing and have such honest kind hearts which is rare in the industry. I can give my word and would fully trust them with anything and all things vehicle!

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Best place in town. Have taken all my cars to them and I know they are not trying to push something on me that I do not need. They take the time to talk to you about everything they are seeing and recommendations. I am not one that knows everything about cars but know I can trust these guys. Excellent customer service.

I've taken my Subaru in twice to Castle Rock Imports (60k mile tune up, battery, brakes, headlights, oil change) and both times they have been awesome to work with. Communication was great and they always gave an honest assessment of the status of my car. I trust these guys with my car.

Tim and Josh are the BEST! I have been going here for 20 years. Counting my wife, daughter, granddaughter and grandson, we have 6 Toyotas. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Knowledgeable, professional, exceptional.

These guys are great - excellent customer service, great prices, and quality work! Was debating whether I should continue taking my BMW to dealer for service, or try a local shop.
