I took my Porche Macan in for an oil change and replacement of rear brakes. Excellent experience from start to finish! They were very accommodating with my schedule, had the best prices around, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was completed quickly, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Needed the front brakes replaced on my Mazda. Everything was diagnosed quickly & I was able to schedule the work quickly as well. The customer service was excellent. Will use CR Imports again. Highly recommend!
These guys are the absolute best! We’ve brought both our Volkswagens in to be inspected and we’ll keep coming back! They are kind, professional, incredibly honest and they just go above and beyond. Our car has a piece that is no longer made and he exhausted his options trying to find the piece. Highest of praise to…

OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who…
Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time. The team is professional, easy to communicate…
Several services completed… the team is excellent from scheduling, great pricing, work quality, and communication. I look forward to continued work with such a conscientious and local business.
This shop does excellent work. Highly recommended.
Can’t recommend Castle Rock Imports enough. Josh and Grayson are both wonderful to deal with. We’ve taken both of our vehicles here and each time we appreciate their honesty, great service, and all around how kind and helpful they are!
Excellent service and attention to detail, always takes care of you in a prompt and professional manner
I’ve been taking my cars to Castle Rock Imports for service since I moved to Colorado. The inspections are very detail oriented. Any recommended repairs include details such as measurements of remaining wear on components for example. They’re happy to show you any issues they find. The work they do is extremely…

This is the ONLY place to have your foreign cars serviced. I have brought both my Mercedes Benz and my Porsche Macan to this shop for 6 years and they always to an outstanding job. Great experience with Castle Rock Imports. Another shop quoted $1,500 in repairs, but CRI inspected the vehicle and said nothing was needed right now. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.
Thankful to have found a thoughtful and thorough mechanic in Castle Rock. They call and check on my car, they have helped me with a ride before, they help me budget repairs over time if needed. I can call with questions or help and they always do their best to point me in the right direction. No further issues…
