I took my Porche Macan in for an oil change and replacement of rear brakes. Excellent experience from start to finish! They were very accommodating with my schedule, had the best prices around, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was completed quickly, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Needed the front brakes replaced on my Mazda. Everything was diagnosed quickly & I was able to schedule the work quickly as well. The customer service was excellent. Will use CR Imports again. Highly recommend!

They have done a lot of work over the years on my 2004 Audi A6 and I have never been disappointed with it. They let me know when something doesn't need to be done and gives me good information on things to avoid (i.e. don't use the emergency brake). They always update me with the status of the car and if they find… Read full review

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review
