OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time. The team is professional, easy to communicate… Read full review

Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues… Read full review

Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

Great service and fair priced!

Nonetheless, they were super fast, friendly and didn't even charge me for the labor they did perform. I respect businesses like this. I will use Castle Rock Imports in… Read full review

I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

Squeezed us in during our vacation. Good communicators the day of repair and let us know how things were proceeding.

I brought my prius in because it wouldn't start. Castle rock imports diagnosed, repaired, and returned the vehicle very fast. Just a couple days. I think everyone can agree the #1 worry when going to any place is that they will say you need unnecessary work done. I love that this garage has the ethics to simply do… Read full review
