Castle Rock Imports

ALWAYS a great experience at Castle Rock Imports! We have taken 3 different cards to them for a variety of services, they have always been quick, knowledgeable, kind, informative, and reasonably priced. They recently did a brake and rotor job on my wife’s car while I was working out of town; they dropped her off… Read full review

Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

Wonderful service. Had to have the engine removed on a Porsche Cayenne for engine repair. Expert repair job and no issues 1 year later. Won’t take my Porsche anywhere else. Even the Porsche dealer! 3 years later- Still the best place to bring your car. Won’t go anywhere else. They honored my wife’s brake warranty… Read full review

We have a VW Jetta TDI that had a check engine light. Castle Rock imports got us in quickly and and for reasonable costs (for a VW with that issue). Greyson was very helpful and informative. Will be back.

Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

The team at Castle Rock imports is friendly, courteous, reliable and responsive. Services are not over priced. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for well over a decade. I can't image going anywhere else.

Electric Water pump died. They were able to take it right way. Had it towed in. Picked it up 2 days later. Working great, and they beat everyone's price!

First class service and quality, transparent work! Follow up call to check on how the service was performed is first rate! Looking forward to continued service at Castle Rock Imports!!

I always have a great experience with CR imports and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Honest, reliable, friendly, and helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

We have been using Castle Rock Imports for years and just love them. They do great work but, to me, the most important thing is their honesty. We completely trust them. Taking your car in for work to be done is like going to the dentist-you open your mouth and hope they are doing a good job! You have to trust what… Read full review

I just want to take a minute to say that we have had the best experiences with Castle Rock Imports. They have worked on 2 of our cars. They are honest which is so hard to find in a mechanic. Everyone that works there is so nice. They always call and check in after a few days to make sure everything is working well.… Read full review

I’ve been a loyal customer with CRI for 22 years, Tim and Josh really know their stuff. Highly recommend these guys for ALL automotive repairs.

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for quite a few years now for my 2 different Mercedes and a Nissan. Tim, Josh and the whole staff are great to work with and they never charge you for un-needed repairs. They've always been honest and straight forward with everything my vehicle needs or doesn't need. I do… Read full review

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review

I have been going to Castle Rock imports and working with Tim and team since 1997. Castle Rock Imports has fixed every car I have owned. Most recently they fixed a tricky electrical / suspension issue on my X5. A major BMW dealer in the area was unable to find an approach or way to solve it. Josh and Team, kept… Read full review
