These guys are the absolute best! We’ve brought both our Volkswagens in to be inspected and we’ll keep coming back! They are kind, professional, incredibly honest and they just go above and beyond. Our car has a piece that is no longer made and he exhausted his options trying to find the piece. Highest of praise to…
Fast, friendly, and honest service!. I will definitely come back for future auto repairs. Five stars!
The guys at CRI are great! They completed our car as promised, and for a reasonable price. They also gave me a heads up on upcoming maintenance. I won't take my car anywhere else.
Service for low mileage 2019 GTI. Recently moved to Castle Rock and this is the first time I’ve used CR Imports. Selected them for their very positive reviews and convenience to where I live. I was impressed by the friendliness of the folks there, their interest in my car and where I liked to drive it, and their…

Excellent Service. Staff (Tim, Josh and Grayson) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They never try to upsell me on anything. They provide quality services, and the work was completed on schedule and at the quoted price.
Always great service! So trustworthy!
OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who…

Can’t recommend Castle Rock Imports enough. Josh and Grayson are both wonderful to deal with. We’ve taken both of our vehicles here and each time we appreciate their honesty, great service, and all around how kind and helpful they are!
Castle Rock Imports has serviced all of our vehicles for years. They are quality people who do excellent work. They’re the best in town.
I'm so thankful to have Castle Rock imports nearby. I have been going to them for service for the past three years and have been more than satisfied. They are reliable, fair priced, and typically very accommodating with regard to scheduling. I appreciate the fact that they don't try to upsell you on service needs,…
I'm so glad I found Castle Rock Imports! I bring my aging Mercedes here for all services and issues, and always leave with a smile on my face - everyone here is friendly and honest, the prices are very reasonable, and I'm confident that they've checked out my car carefully before I drive away. I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports.
Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues…
We’ve been going to Castle Rock Imports for years, and they’ve always been great to us. The staff is honest, straightforward, and really good at what they do. They take the time to explain things, never try to upsell, and their work is always solid. It’s hard to find a mechanic you actually trust, but these guys…
I’ve been taking my cars to Castle Rock Imports for service since I moved to Colorado. The inspections are very detail oriented. Any recommended repairs include details such as measurements of remaining wear on components for example. They’re happy to show you any issues they find. The work they do is extremely…
Tim, Grayson and Josh take care of our vehicles. We are confident in the quality and value of their work.
ALWAYS a great experience at Castle Rock Imports! We have taken 3 different cards to them for a variety of services, they have always been quick, knowledgeable, kind, informative, and reasonably priced. They recently did a brake and rotor job on my wife’s car while I was working out of town; they dropped her off…
I have been going to Castle Rock Motors for many years now. I always receive truthful assessments of the car issues and usually more than one option for resolution. Work is always excellent. I refuse to go anywhere else if my car needs repairs (other than oil changes).
This is the ONLY place to have your foreign cars serviced. I have brought both my Mercedes Benz and my Porsche Macan to this shop for 6 years and they always to an outstanding job. The work is professional, and the prices are always reasonable. My cars are always ready when promised. And I really like all of the…
Castle Rock Imports has always been honest and has kept my Audi Q3 running its best!. Josh has always been professional as well as other staff. I am sad we now live in TX I hope to find an Import mechanic shop that is even 1/2 as good..... Wish me lots of luck! Amanda Wooten
Outstanding shop, great professional work. Honest and trustworthy people. My vehicles have been in their talented hands for decades.
Tim and his team are some of the most knowledgeable, reputable, and thorough mechanics I've ever worked with. Their knowledge of Toyotas (and other vehicles) matches or exceeds anything I've ever seen from even factory service. To top it all off, their prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen in Douglas…
Great team! Honest and professional, I won’t be going anywhere else!
General maintenance check up. A totally painless, as usual, experience. We've been using them for a number of years. Convenient, prompt, easy to access for appointments, courteous, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
Exceptional Experience! From the customer service to the work done, everything was to perfection. Anyone near Castle Rock would be crazy not to go here.
