I took my Porche Macan in for an oil change and replacement of rear brakes. Excellent experience from start to finish! They were very accommodating with my schedule, had the best prices around, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was completed quickly, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I had a literal car emergency today and the guys at Castle Rock Imports came through for me like they always do. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the friendly staff, the quality of their work, etc… I highly recommend Castle Rock Imports!!!
These guys are fantastic. Professional and great communication. Highly recommend.
These guys are the absolute best! We’ve brought both our Volkswagens in to be inspected and we’ll keep coming back! They are kind, professional, incredibly honest and they just go above and beyond. Our car has a piece that is no longer made and he exhausted his options trying to find the piece. Highest of praise to…
The guys at CRI are great! They completed our car as promised, and for a reasonable price. They also gave me a heads up on upcoming maintenance. I won't take my car anywhere else.
Service for low mileage 2019 GTI. Recently moved to Castle Rock and this is the first time I’ve used CR Imports. Selected them for their very positive reviews and convenience to where I live. I was impressed by the friendliness of the folks there, their interest in my car and where I liked to drive it, and their…
Consistently great service with knowledgeable staff. My family and I have been coming here for years for everything from oil changes to hard to diagnose engine sounds.
Very clean and professional business. Grayson was helpful and explained everything up front. Would recommend this business!

Excellent Service. Staff (Tim, Josh and Grayson) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They never try to upsell me on anything. They provide quality services, and the work was completed on schedule and at the quoted price.
Excellent service and customer interaction 10 +
Always great service! So trustworthy!
OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who…

First time at this location and I receive an amazing customer service with full attention to details from start to finish. Greyson was amazing and very hospitable!
They take amazing care of me and my cars, as always!
I'm so thankful to have Castle Rock imports nearby. I have been going to them for service for the past three years and have been more than satisfied. They are reliable, fair priced, and typically very accommodating with regard to scheduling. I appreciate the fact that they don't try to upsell you on service needs,…
Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues…
We’ve been going to Castle Rock Imports for years, and they’ve always been great to us. The staff is honest, straightforward, and really good at what they do. They take the time to explain things, never try to upsell, and their work is always solid. It’s hard to find a mechanic you actually trust, but these guys…
I’m new in town took my vehicle to Castle Rock Imports for an oil change and inspection. Grayson at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I was extremely happy with the way they took care of my vehicle. I even got a ride to and from home from Tim! Fantastic experience all around! I highly recommend them!
I’ve been taking my cars to Castle Rock Imports for service since I moved to Colorado. The inspections are very detail oriented. Any recommended repairs include details such as measurements of remaining wear on components for example. They’re happy to show you any issues they find. The work they do is extremely…
Fast, fair and friendly.
I went in as a first time customer for an oil change. They found an issue and were very honest about what they found and did not over charge me for anything. I would highly recommend them, and I will be going back to them for all of my needs for my MB and will be bringing my Audi in as well in the future.
Tim, Grayson and Josh take care of our vehicles. We are confident in the quality and value of their work.
ALWAYS a great experience at Castle Rock Imports! We have taken 3 different cards to them for a variety of services, they have always been quick, knowledgeable, kind, informative, and reasonably priced. They recently did a brake and rotor job on my wife’s car while I was working out of town; they dropped her off…
Castle Rock Imports was a great experience for our 4Runner! Our Tacoma is next. Grayson had exceptional communication, taking time to listen to my requests and give explanations! Thank you to all who took care of us!
My 2018 Audi Q5 has 110,000 miles and I have taken my car religiously to the dealer for every check up. At every check, there was something around $2000 that "needed" to be fixed right away. After the last time, I told them not to make the repair and came home and called Castle Rock Imports and talked to them about…
Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!
This is the ONLY place to have your foreign cars serviced. I have brought both my Mercedes Benz and my Porsche Macan to this shop for 6 years and they always to an outstanding job. The work is professional, and the prices are always reasonable. My cars are always ready when promised. And I really like all of the…
The best place to have German cars serviced. I take both my Mercedes and Porsche here for service and they do an outstanding job. The services are done quickly at a fair price, and the costs are much lower than having cars serviced at the dealership. They never try to convince me to do services that are not…
