I’ve been taking my vehicles to Castle Rock Imports for over a decade and they’re incredibly efficient, communicative and it’s very easy to get in for service.

Phenomenal service!!! We now bring all of our cars to castle rock imports. Highly recommend!!! We have had 50K services, oil changes, etc. Always excellent!! Can’t recommend enough!

I enjoy doing business with Castle Rock imports. I find them very honest and professional. They have actually called me twice (every six months) to check on the status of my cars. There are no other businesses that I work with today with this level of service. They are clearly raising the bar for others.

I trust them with my Subaru Forester XT. They serviced my car within the estimated timeframe and I was pleasantly surprised at the price considering the XT is a turbo. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and professional.

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. Castle Rock Imports provides excellent service. They explain everything, don’t gouge you and are honest. They even called a week later to see if I was happy with the service and when I explained I was but that I also hadn’t driven the car they explained the risks associated with not driving my car when it’s cold out. I highly recommend.
