Castle Rock Imports

Excellent service and customer interaction 10 +

OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

I have been going to Castle Rock Motors for many years now. I always receive truthful assessments of the car issues and usually more than one option for resolution. Work is always excellent. I refuse to go anywhere else if my car needs repairs (other than oil changes).

The best place to have German cars serviced. I take both my Mercedes and Porsche here for service and they do an outstanding job. The services are done quickly at a fair price, and the costs are much lower than having cars serviced at the dealership. They never try to convince me to do services that are not… Read full review

Tim and his team are some of the most knowledgeable, reputable, and thorough mechanics I've ever worked with. Their knowledge of Toyotas (and other vehicles) matches or exceeds anything I've ever seen from even factory service. To top it all off, their prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen in Douglas… Read full review

I enjoy doing business with Castle Rock imports. I find them very honest and professional. They have actually called me twice (every six months) to check on the status of my cars. There are no other businesses that I work with today with this level of service. They are clearly raising the bar for others.

Only place we trust with our cars. Honest, reasonable and timely. Tim and Josh will explain problem, options and necessary repairs without pressure. Work is always guaranteed....never have had a single issue.

The best car people I've ever had.

This place is the best, and the only place I'll ever go for any car maintenance. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for well over a decade. I can't image going anywhere else.

Just got tires installed here on my 4Runner. Staff was very friendly and informative and walked me through my options. Got the tires in fast and had them installed in a very timely manner! Just in time for the incoming storm. I thought I needed an alignment too but after driving it, the service manager told me I… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is the only place I take my vehicles. We have been going to them for over 10yrs and appreciate how honest they are. Always take care of us and keep the vehicles safe. The work is always done in a timely manner and with a smile!

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

I have used Castle Rock Imports the last three years for service and maintenance on both our Honda and Subaru. I think their charges/prices are competitive and find the staff & technicians friendly, helpful, informative, and attentive to questions we might have. This is the first time, we used Castle Rock Imports. I was very happy with the prompt service received! We made an appointment, they were on time, were finished with the service in the time promised. My car was parked in the front and ready to go. Reasonable prices too! We will use them again. :)

Castle Rock Imports is the best place I have ever been. This company is ran by honest and loyal mechanics. I love this place and they do really good work.

We've been using Castle Rock Imports for 7 years now for Audi, Lexus, Toyota and BMW repairs. They are reliable, easy to schedule and extremely fair with pricing and recommendations.
