OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time. The team is professional, easy to communicate… Read full review

This is the best place to take your car for honest and quality Service. It starts from the moment you call for an appointment with Greyson to when you pick up and leave with your car. I completely trust Castle Rock Imports to take care of my car. You feel like family!!!

I'm so thankful to have Castle Rock imports nearby. I have been going to them for service for the past three years and have been more than satisfied. They are reliable, fair priced, and typically very accommodating with regard to scheduling. I appreciate the fact that they don't try to upsell you on service needs,… Read full review

Finally found a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Have been a huge help for our family and getting our teens into safe vehicles. They have helped fix mechanical issues in a 2003 Lexus when no one else could figure out what was wrong. No issues… Read full review

Brought a 2019 Honda Pilot in for service/estimate. Rapidly diagnosed the issue and actually recommended a shop that would make more sense for the repair. Will 100% be back to give this shop the first opportunity to do work(and easier work like oil changes not just the complicated)on the vehicle as I know they will be honest with the repairs and service.

Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

Great service and fair priced!

Good service. Good people!

Castle Rock Imports is the only place I take my vehicles. We have been going to them for over 10yrs and appreciate how honest they are. Always take care of us and keep the vehicles safe. The work is always done in a timely manner and with a smile!

I have been taking my cars here since 1998. Never had an issue, never been sold something I didn't need. Everyone is extremely helpful and competent. I've even had them diagnose used cars I've wanted to purchase before I've purchased and am always happy with the results. I dont think I will ever trust anyone with… Read full review

Took my 2017 Mercedes GLS500 to Castle Rock imports as a first time customer. The initial quote for transmission fluid change was a bit shocking, but after a call with the dealership I realized the quote was about a 30% savings over what the dealership would have charged for the exact same service. They were… Read full review

I brought my Accord in after my transmission started acting up. It turned out to be nothing more than a failed cell in my battery, the voltage drop from which impacted the electronics that control the transmission. A new battery solved the problem. I've been to other shops that would have 1) failed to properly… Read full review

I bought my car from my mom and she has been going here for years. To make sure my car is the best it can be I continued to go here for any car maintenance or troubles I may have. The workers are very sweet and honest and keep my car running. They don’t do anything extra your car doesn’t need helping you save on time and money 10/10 recommended!

I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for quite a few years now for my 2 different Mercedes and a Nissan. Tim, Josh and the whole staff are great to work with and they never charge you for un-needed repairs. They've always been honest and straight forward with everything my vehicle needs or doesn't need. I do… Read full review

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I moved to the area just over two years ago and could not be more thankful for Castle Rock Imports. After cautiously bringing my car to the shop the first few times, I found their prices to be reasonable, their advice to be invaluable, and the dependability of the repairs to and maintenance of my cars to be very liberating.

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review
