Castle Rock Imports

I have been taking my Lexus to them for 5 + years and appreciate the honesty and top quality of work that the team has always provided. It's refreshing to have TRUST in a company.

OK so, I've always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic... now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop... #1 they're local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who… Read full review

I’ve been taking my cars to Castle Rock Imports for service since I moved to Colorado. The inspections are very detail oriented. Any recommended repairs include details such as measurements of remaining wear on components for example. They’re happy to show you any issues they find. I recently purchased an Audi A4 that was having alignment problems. I took it to Castle Rock Imports. The whole staff was friendly and diagnosed the problem. It was nothing they could fix because it had mismatched tires. The Team did not try and upsell me or get me to purchase anything I did not need. They were very… Read full review

We brought our second vehicle to Castle Rock Imports based on the great service experience by a great team with our first vehicle. The recommended service interval work was handled along with a transmission seal replacement plus wheel alignment. Easy to schedule, fair pricing and on-time completion.

I bought my car from my mom and she has been going here for years. To make sure my car is the best it can be I continued to go here for any car maintenance or troubles I may have. I've been going to Castle Rock Imports for quite a few years now for my 2 different Mercedes and a Nissan. Great shop! I was in and out for an alignment in a couple of hours. That meant a lot because I was without a car. I have been going to CRI for years and come to rely on their integrity and ability.

CRI has been my go-to for a decade for both of our cars, from oil changes to engine overhauls. Too many extra courtesies to mention, but on every occasion they've dropped what they're doing to immediately address any warning light, or tire inflation concerns I've had. They top fluids off just as a courtesy. Being… Read full review

Castle Rock Imports is the best place I have ever been. This company is ran by honest and loyal mechanics. I love this place and they do really good work.

I have been going to Castle Rock imports and working with Tim and team since 1997. Castle Rock Imports has fixed every car I have owned. Most recently they fixed a tricky electrical / suspension issue on my X5. A major BMW dealer in the area was unable to find an approach or way to solve it. Josh and Team, kept… Read full review
