I had an excellent experience with Castle Property Solutions. I discovered a pretty bad attic leak and called them yesterday — they sent someone out the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear estimate. Approving the work and paying the deposit securely online was quick and easy. They scheduled the repair…
I talked with several roofing companies before deciding to go with Castle Roofing (Castle Property Solutions), and I am so glad that I went with Castle, because Castle's pricing was very fair compared to other company's . . . but what set them apart was their professionalism, their constant communication and always…
Awesome folks to work with. Got appt same day and work was by evening. Will definitely use them again
Finally … a roofing company that would make repairs without trying to replace the whole thing!! Reasonable price and finished fast!
We had our gutters repaired from leaks. Service was professional and courteous. Great job!
Fast, efficient service.
I recently hired Castle Roofing Atlanta for a renovation project. Overall, the work was okay, but I expected a higher standard in both execution and professionalism. One of my main concerns was the lack of cleanliness at the worksite—they did not maintain a tidy area during or after the job. Additionally, they…
This is the SIXTH time that I've used Castle and again, they have done a great job. Charlie is a quick and responsive administrator, their work is quality, and they have competitive prices. Can't ask for better than that!
Castle quickly and efficiently solved a problem with excessive run off from the roof of our home. Not only did they solve the problem, they also videoed our roof and educated us on its unique design and how to better maintain it. They went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it.
Loved the clear estimates and repairs with pictures before and after. Very responsive and professional. Also great to get to know the team that comes out and is consistent on the work.
Awesome service, quality work. This was my third call to Castle after wind blew a tree limb down and took out my cutters and board. The guys were very professional do amazing work. Recently had some strong winds and rain cause a limb to punch a hole in my roof, as always quick response, estimated and service and worried free service.
This the second time I have Castle Roofing in the last 4 weeks. The first visit was for roof repairs for a leak over the master bathroom. This visit was for replacing the roof leaking over the deck addition that the prior owner installed improperly. Castle Roofing is honest and reliable with fair pricing. Carlos,…
This is a great company. They are excellent in diagnosing roof leaks.
They professionals that Castle Roofing sent out were very professional and good at their work. They hammered away from start to finish until the job was done and did a fine job cleaning up after the job was over. One plus about going with Castle is that they do sectional repairs when many roofing companies won't…
Joaquin and his crew from Castle Roofing were excellent. I was very impressed with their work. My roof is amazing. His work was high quality, quick, and they did a wonderful clean up after completing my roof replacement. Samantha set the process up for me, and was great with communication and explaining roofing…
I am President of the HOA of a 97 unit townhouse community in roswell ga. Castle has been our partner in everything to do with our roofs for 3 years. As I look back on our success together, I give a LOT of credit to Joaquin Merino - Castle lead in the field. He diagnoses the situation, lays out the solution, and…
I called them because a section of my gutter had fallen. The were able to have someone come out the same day although I was first told it would be the next day. So it worked out perfectly. They sent me a price quote a few hours later. For them to fix a 30ft piece of gutter (they just rehung the existing gutter,…
Great company to work with! Samantha is super responsive, friendly, and professional. Their team has great communication which makes my job easier. Thank you!
Great service! They were very responsive and on time. I would definitely work with the team again.
Goes above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner. Very professional and completely fulfilled all request.
I have been a property manager for almost 10 years…. There were one of my first vendors that I worked with and still hanging strong! One of the BEST customer service vendors I continue to work with… 5 Stars for sure!
I had some detached gutters due to some storms. Jose came out and repaired and cleaned the gutters exactly when he was scheduled. The gutters now look great and the whole process was great from end to end. All documentation is shown and communicated through email so there is a record to refer to. I will continue to use Castle in the future for any issues.
Everything was great from start to finish. Timely and efficient. Jose and Samantha were awesome. Highly recommend them.
We had to do some gutter cleaning and rerouting work and reached out to Castle Roofing for estimates and engaged them to do the work. Louis and Juan came on time, were very communicative, and were very helpful. They are very hard workers and I would rehire them and highly recommend them for any roofing related job.…
Castle Roofing was great! I called them late Friday to get an appointment. I received a call on Monday morning to get someone to provide an estimate on a gutter/roof repair. Someone came out the same morning. The estimated cost was well below what I expected. The repair was completed on Tuesday morning in a very…
Castle did great work! You can trust these other reviews! They always showed up on time, gave me a plan for my repair, and executed it very well. They repaired gutters, chimney and sunroom roof very quickly. Seems to all be holding up well!
I would highly recommend this company. I had been using Castle at one of my properties for REAC preparation and they did such a fantastic job that I am now utilizing them for other properties that I have. The team is great, professional and the work is high level.
Castle was amazing to work with! Their response time was great and when there were delays due to weather they were proactive.
Excellent service. They found some issues we weren't aware of so probably saved us from future issues. Workers were professional and timely.
Thank you Castle! My father was in a bind and you guys were quick and efficient to get him taken care of. I know this was a crazy week in Atlanta. Your men were out there trying to take care of everyone that was affected by the storm. Thank you for what you do!
I used them. They were on time and professional. The work was high quality. They were honest and helpful. They cleaned up after their work.
Quick and honest responses to questions about roof replacement and gutter guard installation. Price was quoted and the work was completed within 2 weeks. Very happy with the finished product.
They were able to come the next day after some nasty thunderstorms, and put a tarp up that day to stop water from coming through. They were then able to come by two days later to fix the roof and gutters, and were very thorough and on time. Payment was quick and easy, and all responses were timely. I'm definitely going to be using them again.
Their service was the best I have experienced in all of my years of working with contractors. I highly recommend Castle Roofing.
