I had an excellent experience with Castle Property Solutions. I discovered a pretty bad attic leak and called them yesterday — they sent someone out the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear estimate. Approving the work and paying the deposit securely online was quick and easy. They scheduled the repair…
This is a top notch company. They were honest efficient and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone
We had a very positive experience with Castle Roofing. Raju was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He paid attention to details, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure the work was completed properly and on time. We truly appreciate his dedication and…
We are very satisfied with Castle. They spent a tremendous amount of time explaining our options and then did a great job on what we selected.
Very professional fast and reasonable, I will recommend Castle Roofing.
I recently hired Castle Roofing Atlanta for a renovation project. Overall, the work was okay, but I expected a higher standard in both execution and professionalism. One of my main concerns was the lack of cleanliness at the worksite—they did not maintain a tidy area during or after the job. Additionally, they…
This is the SIXTH time that I've used Castle and again, they have done a great job. Charlie is a quick and responsive administrator, their work is quality, and they have competitive prices. Can't ask for better than that!
Castle was very responsive, they were able to take care of our roof quickly, and did a great job.
Awesome service, quality work. This was my third call to Castle after wind blew a tree limb down and took out my cutters and board. The guys were very professional do amazing work. Recently had some strong winds and rain cause a limb to punch a hole in my roof, as always quick response, estimated and service and worried free service.
These guys are great . Joaquin is very knowledgeable and awesome !
This is a great company. They are excellent in diagnosing roof leaks.
They professionals that Castle Roofing sent out were very professional and good at their work. They hammered away from start to finish until the job was done and did a fine job cleaning up after the job was over. One plus about going with Castle is that they do sectional repairs when many roofing companies won't…
Great team, quick to schedule, got the job done!
Castle Roofing was so easy and professional to work with. We handled everything by email and I didn’t even need to be at my house which was great since we were at our vacation home for 3 weeks. I highly recommend this company.
Responsive and professional.
Great company to work with! Samantha is super responsive, friendly, and professional. Their team has great communication which makes my job easier. Thank you!
I have been a property manager for almost 10 years…. There were one of my first vendors that I worked with and still hanging strong! One of the BEST customer service vendors I continue to work with… 5 Stars for sure!
I am happy to recommend Castle for roof repair based on the very positive experience I had with them. The phone was answered professionally, the field man was prompt, polite and followed up quickly. I expected a long delay, however they scheduled my repair for the day after my call. I would have no problem…
I can’t say enough good things about Castle Roofing. My roof was damaged by a large branch and I didn’t notice till a few days later…on a Saturday. They were to my home in 40 minutes, yes you read that right. FOURTY MINUTES of me calling on a Saturday and had my roof patched before it began to rain again. The crews…
The only reason why I’m giving 4 star was because the team was late (outside the arrival window by 2 hours). Other than that, very professional and they explained what they saw, what they were going to do to fix it and why. The inspection team actually came out in the rain the same day I called about the roof leak.…
They were so helpful and informative! Any question I had, they were ready and happy to answer it. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and unlike some contractors, they were sure to clean any mess they left.
They were incredibly professional and responsive. We had damage to our roof after a fallen tree and wind storm. Castle came out with an estimate, fixed our roof, and found/fixed the source of a leak in our attic. We’ve had no problems ever since and will definitely call them again if we ever need more roofing work.
Ohhhh gosh he was amazing fast professional and just happy i loved his energy
I would highly recommend this company. I had been using Castle at one of my properties for REAC preparation and they did such a fantastic job that I am now utilizing them for other properties that I have. The team is great, professional and the work is high level.
The technician, Juan Carranza, did a great job installing our roof tarp.
This is the second time I've used Castle to do a roof repair. They are responsive and work quickly. I will probably need an entire roof replacement soon and will definitely consider Castke for this job.
Carlos and his team were really responsive and respectful of our housing needs. After multiple hail storms, our aged roof needed major repairs. Not only did he provide a competitive price, but his team were efficient with their time, and delivered a fantastic product. I highly recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.
Their service was the best I have experienced in all of my years of working with contractors. I highly recommend Castle Roofing.
They were very professional, fast, and they even took the time to clean up really well, after the work was finished.
Staff was very friendly and came promptly on time.
After the Hurricane rolled through we thought we were okay - no visible damage - but 5 days latter there were water marks on our ceiling. We couldn't find the leak in the roof and called Castle who (not only BEYOND kind and friendly on the phone) scheduled us for the NEXT morning. The crew came to inspect and…
